Breakfast was amazing!! bed was comfy, location is great if you have a flight leaving early in the morning. There is a forest nearby where you can go for a long and quiet walk. Plenty of restaurants nearby and even a grocery store right next door.

The "Fitness Center" was just like 2 ellipticals and a tiny lil weight kit that looks like they ordered it from Alibaba for 20 Euro. I am not going to knock them on that too bad considering this hotel is aimed at people leaving for early/late flights.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and tried to answer any questions I had. I was looking for a cute coffee shop nearby and they directed me to a lovely cafe just down the road (Café Casa.Nata, Bakery & Feinkost is amazing and I really recommend). However when I did request a nearby restaurant, their knowledge was a bit lacking. The room was very clean and comfy - not always an easy task with carpets! The water pressure was amazing! And my bed was very comfortable with soft pillows. This hotel has great bus/tram lines to Altstadt and the main train station.

The aircon in the room didn't seem to work. It only worked like a fan- and I happened to be there on a very warm weekend. The first night was fine, but my second and last night the heat of my room actually woke me up. The breakfast was very pricey so I decided to not eat there. When my room was cleaned/bed was made, the staff did not remove my used tea cup/replace it with a clean one. It would have been nice to make myself another cup of tea for my second night.

The hotel is located near the Airport and near Dusseldorf Fair. It is clean, has a good restaurant and bar. Hotel has a parking outside or below the building. Very nice people work there.

I have been a few times in the hotel and this time I got the room, which was much smaller than usual, and has been renovated for a long time. It was clean and well furnished, but its style was rather oldfashioned and it was visible, that it had been used for many, many years.

We went to a concert at the arena, which was very easy to get to from the hotel by bus and tram. The staff were all really very helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Easy to park your car. The breakfast buffet was really good, with something for everyone. They made an oatmilk cappucino for my daughter and her friend which they enjoyed. There was a wide variety of cold meats, cheeses, fruit, cereal, yoghourt and all one could want.

The air conditioning could be better, but they are working on it.

Gorgeous room! We were upgraded to a junior suite and it was absolutely amazing. The room was extremely spacious and the cleaning was superb (they even folded our clothes! We felt like kings!). The bathroom was beautiful and spacious and the shower had a massage head which was fantastic on my painful neck and the beds were so comfortable they felt like a dream. The location is perfect. On walking distance to a bus stop, a tram stop and a train station. There was also a small supermarket on literally 2 minute walk from the hotel entrance. The personnel was so nice as well! Very friendly and wonderful people! Highly recommend! There was a fire alarm during our stay but the personnel stayed calm and got everyone out in record time!

The price/quality of the breakfast could be better. 20 euros for a basic selection of food and some soggy fruit was a bit disappointing for the price. Would’ve loved it if it was 10 euros.

Convenient location for Dusseldorf Airport. Room was comfortable and relatively good size.. Price was extremely fair. Staff offered me a coffee in the morning whilst I was waiting for a taxi.

Whilst the hotel is within walking distance of the airport terminals in daylight and when it is dry, I would suggest a shuttle bus. I had an early flight and ended up in a taxi to the airport. The restaurant prices were a little high for the area (I had stayed in a local hotel a few weeks earlier which had a much better pricing for a meal).

Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. The room is very functional and has everything a traveller might need for a stay close to the airport. I did not have breakfast, so cannot comment on that. Walking to the airport takes about 20 minutes, but this might be a little tedious, even with just hand luggage. A taxi takes about a third of the time (lots of traffic lights) and costs 10 to 15 Euro. There are some reasonable restaurants around the hotel, although the list handed out by the front desk proved outdated (with 2 out of 6 recommendations no longer in business).

My room was directly opposite the elevator which produced some audible noise from talking guests getting on and off. A little stand for the suitcase (as available in many hotel rooms on this world) would be a great addition, and prevent the guest from having to retrieve things at floor level.

The location is very convenient as it's relatively close to the city and the airport is a walk away. There are a few shops and cafes around too. The staff was very lovely, both the bar and the reception. The room was comfortable and the view was lovely as it was overlooking the surrounding area and the airport.

I would suggest having a few more vegan options for breakfast. Also, the room looked lovely, however at a closer look it could use some renovation and deep cleaning.

Close to the airport (10 minute Taxi ride) and half price compared to Hotels nearer the airport. Staff organised taxi pick up and it was on time. Dinner at the restaurant was very good. Breakfast had continental but also fried eggs etc as well.

There was nothing I didn't like. This is a basic comfortable hotel that is a short hop to the airport at a reasonable price. It was quiet at night as well. Its in a housing area and so nothing pretty about it but good value and convenient

The room was big, I had a mini fridge, a table with chairs, the quality of the shower was amazing and I was really comfortable. The bed is big too and soft. The staff is amazing, gentle, nice and friendly. I had a really good experience. I did have a good breakfast too! I hope to book a room again in their hotel
