The location was perfect. Close to the things we needed. When there was a hassle with the parking and we had to come back and move the car they offered us an evening drink upon the return which we enjoyed very much. The room was good. The breakfast was ok. Like in most hotels the scrambled eggs had gone “hard”. The coffee was great and the terrace was nice for breakfast.

The air conditioning in the room was very weak. The fan in the bathroom was extremely noisy. Even if you closed the door you could hear it too much and it was disturbing, especially during the night.

room was immaculate. pillows, bed, and duvet were very comfortable. location was perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast was excellent. We were able to store our luggage with no problem. front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

the telephone didn't work, and neither did the temperature guage. A young fellow came up immediately to see if he could make them work but said we would have to wait until the next day.

Very central superb location, 20 metres from the Krämerbrücke, the 13th century “merchants’ bridge”with 16th century houses and shops built on the bridge.

The airconditioning was very weak. We put it at 16 degrees Celsius, the lowest, but it remained too warm. We mentioned it at check out and to compensate for the inconvenience we were offered free consumptions from the bar, which was nice.

Sarah W at the front desk was invaluable ...she was so helpful with interpretation...our car broke down and she was fantastic same with the other Sarah at the front ! Can't say thank you enough it made a bad situation so much better ! So we could enjoy the beautiful city!

Beds where hard ...some like the. That way but not me..more comforters in the room would be nice

A great location near the bridge and the old city. Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of selections. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and I would stay there again if I visit Erfurt again.

I liked the location and easy check in. Furthermore the thermostat at the heating. But, the preset temperature in the evenig wasn't adjustable. See my comment below. The breakfast was fully ok. Friendly staff.

To control the heating you can see digital thermostats. Which are predefined. Which is good in general. It is not adjustable by yourself. My room 903 based in the groundfloor had two outer walls (near the parking entrance). For guests staying there it is good to know. Because the third company defining the temperature stoped the heating from appx. 21 o'clock. During my stay the temperature this night was minus 3 degree outside. Because of the groundfloor and outer walls the room was freezing cold in the late evening and at night. I awake because of the cold temperature. Ask the friendly staff, if they arranged the adjustment of the predefined conditions of heating.

Very comfortable hotel, with friendly and helpful staff, located in the historical centre of Erfurt. We had an excellent room, overlooking the Krämerbrücke (a bridge with houses on) that gives the hotel its name. The breakfast was also top notch.

In the heart of the Krämerbrücke district. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The hotel was spotless. The layout of the room and furniture was wonderful. Amazing breakfast included. We were happily surprised by this gem of a hotel in a lovely German town.

Location was wonderful. Clean room, mattress could have been more comfortable though. Good choice of items for breakfast and plenty of each, very good coffee machine at breakfast. Efficient reception staff, helpful with booking taxis etc.

Only German language TV programmes available, not helpful when you want to be able to watch something at the end of the evening and Netflix option unavailable for hours on end. Corridors could do with more lighting at night.

It was in a great location to the sites and the main train station. It was comfortable. Breakfast was early at 7am. And many specialty coffees were available.

No coffee in the room, but it was available in the lobby.
