At one tram stop away from the Railway Station, it was easy to reach this hotel. The hotel is also located on a small side street which reduces traffic noise. Five minutes walk away is the Krämerbrücke and Old City. A few minutes in another direction leads to two of the city's museums and shopping arcades. In short, an ideal location with modern comfortable rooms and pleasant public spaces. Also an excellent breakfast buffet with truly good coffee in their Orangerie.

The information said snacks and drinks were available at reception but the lady at reception said there no snacks , only drinks . I would have liked opportunity for laundry or drycleaning

The location is fantastic. It's only a two-minute walk to the Kraemerbrueke bridge, and the cathedrals and plazas are only 5-10 minutes' walk beyond that. It's also very close to the shopping district and many delicious restaurants. Splendid views of Erfurt's churches out the windows. The hotel is close to trams, and has an underground onsite parking garage that is convenient and secure. The breakfast was wonderful and varied, and well worth the extra dosh. Finally, the hotel is easy to find with a rental car without being in the midst of traffic.

The rooms don't have individual thermostats, but the hotel's temperature is well-controlled and the windows open easily.

Didn't go to the restauant for breskfast. À la carte not available when I enquired. Location good.Close to Erfurt Hauptbahnhof ,near Fisch Markt and Krambruck ( Merchant Bridge).

I didn't like the bathtub. Being an elderly person I found to climb in and out of it, i would prefer a shower tray.

Hotel is very well located, just around the corner you get to famous Kramerbrucke and you're basically in the middle of the old town. Easy to walk to shopping areas as well. Room was spacious enough, very neat and comfortable. Breakfast selection was quite good, nothing to complain about. Parking was a nice addition.

Bed was too soft for my liking, but I guess everyone has own preferences. If you get a hotel with windows in the street below, expect noises all night as people pass by and visit local kebabs etc. Room for breakfast was a little small for the size of the hotel, as some bus group has taken most of it, leaving crowded tables for the rest of the guests.

Not being able to get an evening meal in the Restaurant on our last night due to an ongoing conferance, we were told Restaurant fully booked so they could not seat us their own paying hotel guests

Good central location while visiting the Domstufenfestspiele. Personnel extremely friendly, very good breakfast, comfortable beds and a modern bathroom.

For this price I do expect to have an air conditioned room. With 34 degrees outside it was very difficult to sleep, opening the windows makes it worse especially when these open to the street noise .

Has a super location in the town. Shops and sights are within walking distance. Clean. Staff nice.

Expensive for a basic hotel. Some noise from street outside until early hours of the morning, but not too bad. When asking for a 'quiet room' the hotel had tried to charge EUR 7.50 extra to have one not facing the street !

This hotel is perfectly located, within a 10 minute walk of all the attractions, and the restaurants, cafes, shops are very closeby! The reception staff were helpful and professional, rooms immaculate, beds comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic with a large variety.

I liked everything!

The hotel was right in the center of town and most places could be reached on foot.

The rooms facing the street were quite loud at night.
