For someone travelling with a car this was the perfect location. I arrived around 10PM, there were still plenty public parking spots outside, which are free to use. The stuff was really friendly, the reception is available 24/7 so late check in and early check out are no problem. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and overall it was very quiet and nice to stay here for the night. I definitely would recommend this hotel and would come back for sure.

I arrived post midnight and already had paid, somehow the hotel was full but without hesitation or problem the staff already booked a taxi for us to Vienna House Hotel in Krönberg and we stayed there at no extra cost and no hassle needed. This is some of the best customer service I have ever come across in Hotel Accommodation. Thank you to Mercure for your exceptional service.

I unfortunately did not get to stay in the Hotel no fault found during my experience.

I loved the big mirror in the bathroom, and the plus little mirror, plus tissues... and the good lightening . And also i like that there was lotion for the body, as well...

It would be more comfortable, if there would be a little fridge in the room. And enough towels for everything, and for every person at least one.. maybe bigger pillows as well.

The location was convenient with super market, drug store, pharmacy, restaurants within walking distance. Also a gasoline stand is close by. It is also very close to the Autobahn and 12 mins to the airport.

Some cutlery in the room would be good. Laundry bag and paper form need to be asked from the reception every time.

Free parking in the street and enough places free during the weekends.

Located in a business area, there is nothing going on in the neighbourhood. Not even normal places to eat are nearby available.

The staff were extremely helpful. The room was spacious and well equipped with all amenities. Good parking space, restaurant with bar was amazing. Next to the reception there is a big sitting area where a big projector screened football match, a perfect setup.

Nothing specific. But I think it’s little old property, may be 15 yrs or so, which can be noticed in the furnitures and others.

Solomon was the best. He was extremely helpful very sympathetic since I had made a reservation at the hotel doen The street and had to go down the middle of the road at 11:30 at night with my two suitcases, by the time I got to the second hotel he was very very helpful. He inquired several times about how I was doing and how was the room he was very nice and made my stay very enjoyable .

Didn’t like the fact that I made a reservation and paid for it three hours ahead of time when I got to the first hotel they made me wait an hour and then told me they had given my room to someone else and they but they had a room at the hotel down the street.

Very convenient for an overnight stay when driving north/south, Eschborn is just off the highway. The room was clean & quiet.

I did not really feel welcome in the restaurant/bar. But maybe everybody was just tired after a busy week.

Comfortable, pleasant, quiet hotel. You can relax here. Good and tasty breakfast.

The TV remote control didn't work

Room was nice and clean, comfortable. Market store is 5 minutes away. The train to the city is 15 mins away.

There is nothing to do in a hotel or outside of the hotel.
