The staff was exceptional! The young lady at the desk was so friendly and helpful with everything, we truly couldn't ask for more! The cleaning staff was excellent, the room and bathroom were always very clean, very important to us! The mattresses were very comfortable, the pillows a little too soft. The shower was great, always hot water available. And the heat lamp - what a joy!

The toilet paper... it was hard and scratchy and not very useful 😕. The TV was quite small and U-Tube was not available. My husband didn't like the rattling elevator doors (he is an elevator engineer). The breakfast is too expensive at €19.50 per person. It would have been €39 for two, way too much.

I was traveling with my teenage daughter on the hottest day of the summer, and what a great surprise to find a beautiful pool area, with a sandy "beach" and all the amenities one could ask for! We spent a pleasant evening swimming, sipping cool drinks, and having a delicious salad - all poolside in the breeze. The staff at the hotel were top-notch; pleasant, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and the temperature control was great. All in all, very nice and a great value!

Nothing, it was perfect!

The breakfast was great :) I would expect more healthier options to be provided as well as something with potatoes , also the second day the grains were not offered … the gentleman working at the restaurant he’s very nice (the one from Moldova) he helped us a lot ; also it would be better to leave the restaurant open in summer but later ; also there was no shampoo in the room ; the shower gel was only for body … I have never experienced any other 4 star hotel without shampoo ….

The lady at the reception was very cold and very serious without a smile; there was no shampoo in the room ; normally 4 star hotels have more things in the bathroom ; also in other Accor hotels small gifts are given to the children this time nothing Also in the swimming pool all 4 star hotels have some inflatable toys or balls for the guests to play ; in the nice green area a ping pong table would be nice addition

We staid at the Mercure, which is close to the airport, due to an early flight the next morning. Nothing special, just like any other corporate hotel. The rooms are clean and you find everything you need. Breakfast was decent. If you need a place close to the Frankfurt airport for one night, the Mercure offers a good, fairly-valued option.

We got in late and had difficulties finding the place. It appears they changed locations and forgot to take down the signs at the old place.

The breakfast was great but by 9:30, an hour before breakfast ends, most of the hot items like mushrooms etc were finished and not replaced. It is conveniently located within walking distance from the S-Bahn public transport system.

It would have been nice if there were more fresh fruit at the breakfast buffet.

The property was perfectly located for the bike race on the first of May - which was my main purpose. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was very good with lots of options.

This is one of Mercures older hotels and you can feel it. Everything just looks a bit dated, while still being clean.

Hotel was very comfortable with the restaurant providing good food and nice ambience too. Room was very comfortable and nothing to complain.

While checking out on 18th morning out, the front desk executive need to be more courteous, I found him to be rude in his answer. I left with not so good feeling for all the good things I found at the property.

Everything was fine. Najeeb who checked us in was very friendly and professional. However one of your staff I think Jawad who checked us out needs some training in terms of talking to guest, being more pleasant, smile and willing to help.

Wonderful “beach plus pool area” Even without going to the pool the kids had great fun playing in the sand!
