Convenient to station, well-presented good value accommodation. Easy walk eastward through to the walking areas of the city (‘old’ town and shopping), or use the convenient public transport if you are not a walker.

The local area and to the west to the station is quite seedy. Lots of people standing aimlessly in the streets.

Lovely, lovely staff, and a nice breakfast with very attentive service and a huge variety. Usually, breakfast isn't available at all at this price of room, this was a lovely surprise.

Nothing I didn't like, just be aware that if you are a female traveller alone, and you don't know the area and arrive late at night, you might want to take the tube to Willy Brandt Platz and come from that direction. The hotel looks different, but you can check in after hours by calling the number at the door after reception is closed, and once inside it is really decent with lots of food places around.

I had no real expectations when booking the hotel for 1 night, but I was SO positively surprised! I arrived 3 hours before my check-in and there was a room ready so there was no problem to do an early check-in. My room wasn't large, but it faced a lovely, calm courtyard. Nice TV. Comfortable bed. All clean. Hot water sufficient. Towels present. Good room temperature. WiFi worked. No hassle check-out. Yes, the location is a bit rough, especially as you come from the train station, but it is actually one of the better ones in this region because if you go out in the evening to the Old Town, you are almost at the edge of the city center so you don't have to pass that rougher area again. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a short stay, I would not hesitate to be back, seeing as it is very good value for money.

I recently stayed at the Memphis Hotel and had a delightful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. While the location is in a lively part of town that may not suit everyone's preference, I did not go out after dark

The hotel was absolutely fabulous. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was big and cosy for two people. We have a cat with us and they accepted. You can park there for £16 for all day. The staff can speak english which is great if you are not speak german language. We were only disappointed about the area. There were so much junky people. ( too much high on drugs and homeless people)

Great location close to Main Train Station (Hauptbahnhof) and to Frankfurt Oper. From the hotel it was an easy walk to major sights in Frankfurt like the Römerplatz and the Städel Art Gallery. The breakfast was varied and generous. The hotel is on a street lined with restaurants. I recommend the Persian restaurant Babam, steps from the hotel.

Best for the price u will. Pay and excellent location. All kind kind RESTURANTS arround. Specially Turkish, Afghani, Pakistani. Cleaning and hyginically was Excellent. Single room is perfect for one person. Solo traveller. Central Station is on walking distance.

Only the bathing are size in wash room. If u r bulky enough then u might not able enter the bathing area. Otherwise all the things were perfwct for the price u paid.

As far as the service was concerned it was quite good. The staff were polite and very helpful.

However the location isn't the most ideal one and the elevator was quite small difficult to maneuver in when bringing big luggage's. I would also pin point that there is no provision for boiling water in the room nor was there any tea, coffee or sugar packets for easy consumption in the room. These could be improved.

Placed central close to everything. We chose it again this time for the L&B fair because they are professionals , when covid first hit and the fair of 2020 was cancelled they returned us the money , so we came to pay respect. 👍👍👍

Neighborhood needs to be cleaned more often as migrants don't have the culture of europeans yet. Until they adopt, it needs more often. Not the hotels job to do of course.

Great location. Tram stop just outside. Main train station is only a 7min walk away. There are plenty of touristy stuff within a 5-10 mins tram/underground journey. The hotel is surrounded by different restaurants, cafes, from all different cultures. Breakfast was ideal to start your day. Would recommend
