Nice room, in modern building, with good facilities and an excellent buffet breakfast. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Situated a bit out of the way and a 10 minute walk to railway station to Frankfurt.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The check-in hour is normally set to 3pm, however due to our travel schedule we arrived much earlier than that. We previously contacted the hotel to ask for an early check-in (for a fee, mind you) and the staff organized everything in order to let us in even a little but earlier. We're very grateful for that! ☺️ They were very helpful and accommodating even though we didn't speak German. Everything was clean and smelled nice - we were honestly very surprised how tidy it all was. We heard almost no noise during our stay even though the hotel seemed to be fully booked. The AC was a welcomed commodity during hot days. Everything worked great. If we ever come to Frankfurt again, NAAM will definitely be the hotel we'll try our best to check into. 😊 Vielen Dank für Alles! ❤️💛🖤

It isn't something we didn't like per se, but we could've used something (door handle sign, poster...) that would let the room service workers know that we will not be needing their service. The poor workers kept on walking in the room unexpectedly because we had no way of letting them know that we would not need their services. 😔 (They kept opening the door, apologizing and walking away. It has happened on multiple occasions and it made us all uncomfortable. 🫣 ) We're very grateful for their services! As I said, everything except for this little detail was amazing. 😊

This is a very nice hotel, clean, comfortable and perhaps for those who do not want to stay in the noise and bustle of Frankfurt itself. Very reasonable parking though it can get quite full. Lift available if required. Good friendly and helpful staff. Good sized Continental breakfast with plenty of choice. There is a fitness centre which I did not use.Vending machines available for soft drinks and snacks. This is a good quality versus cost hotel in my own humble opinion.

The WiFi is completely open which means it will not be accepted by most firms security systems even if using a VPN

Hotel was quiet, Room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and the shower good. Breakfast was among the best I've had, even at much more expensive hotels. Very good value for money. Staff were very helpful in resolving a booking issue.

Room was advertised as a deluxe double, but turned out to be a twin. After a short discussion, this was resolved. The room advertising is misleading, but I'm fairness to the hotel, the small print does state that it is a twin room. The management promised to resolve this situation. There is additional parking to the side and rear of the hotel. This took some finding; they are going to provide a map in the future.

Close to the airport is a big bonus when you have to stay for the night and catch an early flight next morning. Or landing late and not wanting to drive far late at night.

We arrived late at night and first received a key to a room that was already occupied 🤦🏻‍♀️. Had to go back to the reception and got a key to another room and this time it was ok. Maybe the receptionist was too tired and not quite focused on their job. But other than that everything was very good.

My stay at this hotel was thoroughly enjoyable. The room and bathroom were clean, and the hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area, yet still relatively close to Messe Frankfurt. The breakfast offered was delightful, and I particularly liked the convenience of the well-maintained, open car park. Another convenience was the nearby Lidl supermarket, which was within walking distance and made it easy to pick up any essentials or snacks.

However, there were a few minor issues. The TV remote control was quite dusty and could benefit from more thorough cleaning by the staff. Additionally, the A/C fan sounded a bit too loud even on 'low' mode. I also noticed some short hairs on my pillow. While the pillowcases appeared clean without any smell, dirt or spots, the hairs were somewhat stubborn and stuck to the fabric.

The room was spacious and had a small refrigerator, hot water kettle,. coffee and tea. Air conditioning is available. The front desk had cappuccino/lattes, for an extra charge. Breakfast is 15 euro per person. Cannot comment on quality as we ate elsewhere. Several grocery stores and at least three restaurants all within walking distance from hotel. Free parking. Great price.

The property is very good, very clean, very quiet, and the breakfast was good. Staffs were very kind and accommodating, and the management allowed us extra hours of stay beyond our check out time.

This probably family running hotel but I really like it, it's modern in a very quiet location, close to airport and the rooms got everything you might need. They also have a nice sauna! Not my first time staying there and I will get back again! Highly recommended!
