The breakfast was very good - I liked the addition of the fried potatoes. The room was well cleaned, the toilet and shower were in good condition, the towels were comfortable and the bed too - I slept well! The location is perfect for short business stays and there are good restaurants nearby too. Perfectly placed for travel throughout Frankfurt

The walls were quite thin, there was noise from the corridor which came through into my room but the ear plugs sorted that out. The light in the room was a very harsh white, a bit aggressive on the eyes.

Rooms are small but have every basic requirement- mini bar, glasses & mugs, kettle, tea/coffee, iron & board, hairdryer. Excellent breakfast for a supplement of €15 on site. The usual scrambled eggs, sausage or meat balls, potato and cold meats, salads, fruit and cheese was supplemented by tuna or herrings which is a change from standard German 3 star breakfasts.

The appearance from the street and narrow entrance lobby/reception is off putting but everything needed is there and works well. I had an inner atrium room which is usually much quieter in this location but many pigeons nesting in the tiny area and their continuous cooing throughout the night was a very serious irritation.

Location, tram stop at the end of the street to city centre, approximately 10 minute journey. Many restaurents, cafes, nearby, all within 5 minute walking distance. Frankfurt Central Station , close, only 2 blocks away. Staff were professional, polite, gave us advice on public transport options and also organised a taxi to take us to the airport.

Breakfast was basic, could have been more options to choose from.

For 44€ a night i got AC, iron, central location,fridge with drinks,helpful staff.I've stayed to some other hotels in the area but at this price none were offerring AC so, 10x for that!

Maybe it was because weekend ,but sunday morning breakfast was very poor in variety no cooked food except some sort of scrambled egg and some beans.Nuttela jar was kinda empty,no orange juice,not worth 12 €

Staff is incredibly helpful, alert, friendly and efficient. The cleaning staff also did an excellent job. While the premises is humble, the staff and location made this place an excellent choice for me.

the shower curtain is too short, just an extra inch and water wouldn't have ended up on the floor every time the shower was used.

The room was spacious and fairly clean, there were a few stains on the curtains though. Saw previous reviews about how small the rooms were but I found them to be a decent size and we have multiple suitcases with us. The staff were great and very helpful spoke English very well.

The bathroom was a bit small especially the shower. The elevator is slow and it always felt so hot in there so taking the stairs was much faster and better at times. The location is a bit questionable, there are heaps of restaurants and convenient store nearby and it was close to the train station and other tourist attractions, however there were a few questionable people nearby especially near the station. Though it wasn’t too bad as they don’t really bother you but there are times where you don’t feel so safe.

This was excellent value - it was very inexpensive for the fairly spacious, clean room. The location is very convenient as it is close to the central train station and not too far of a walk from the Old Town or the financial district. It is a perfect experience for any body who is planning to make a short stay in Frankfurt (1 to 4 nights).

The area around the hotel is not great in the evening. During the day, it is no problem as there are a lot of people on the street and it is only half a block to a main thoroughfare.

Location was great. The staff was A1. Everybody was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The room was small compared to what we’re used to and the toilet was tough to negotiate because it was very small. Also, the shower was very slippery you had to be very careful they didn’t slip. But everything and everybody else was Top shelf

The location is not far from Main Station can walk directly within 5 mins. The Front Officer who is a guy very nice and good services mind to guests. He try to find the best solution for us and give us early check in before time because our group is 6 Persons 3 of us is ladies and we travel from France and need to go toilets. Thanks you for his understanding situation. The room very Big and clean the bed so comfortable. The Wifi very fast. Around the Hotel have many Restairant and Shopping Store together with Mini Mart.
