Helpful and friendly staff. Close to all attractions. Excellent breakfast. Clean spacious room.

When we booked the hotel it was called Select Hotel Friedrichschafen - we spent some time trying to locate the hotel and as a last resort we called in to Hotel Garner which was near the location - we were told that the Select Hotel had changed names the week before our arrival to Hotel Garner - it would have been helpful to have been notified of the name change prior to our arrival.

The hotel location was close to the water front in the heart of the old town. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly. The room 378 was in the annex building behind the main block and was a huge corner room. The room was clean , the bed was comfortable. The hotel doesn’t have AC but a fan was provided and using the external shade keeps the temperature down.

Some mornings had lots of street noise from rubbish trucks and setting up the market. The shower over the bath was a bit old and the water temperature varied quite a bit.

Hotel location is incredible (downtown just 50m from the lake shore!) and it is very close to lake harbour (easy for catching ferries to travel points across the lake) and in walking distance to the main train station. The accommodation facilities are quite modern and give good value for the money. Impressed with excellent breakfast included and helpful staff.

The location and the breakfast were very good.

There's a Bodensee Ticket that you can use to travel for free around the Bodensee area, usually this ticket is offered by the hotel. In our case the ticket was not offered but when we asked they gave it to us which seemed weird. Everything was sorted out just fine at the end.

Very good location close to the ferry to/from Switzerland and central Friedrichshafen. I was placed in the annex across the streat, but that was not a major inconvenience. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of cold and warm items.

The room was smalish but adequate for a single traveller. I got a room with a double bed, and it would have been a bit cramped had we been two persons.

The staff was helpful and the location is great Breakfast was good too!

Our room was small and there is no air conditioning,just fans (at least in our case)

Fantastic location! Right at the waterfront and close to the December Christmas markets. Easy walking distance to so many lovely shops and restaurants. Seamless check-in and access. Our stylish room was huge, well appointed and very comfortable.

Parking is only available in an underground parking garage at 15 Euros per night. It was quite a mission finding and getting into this facility.

The location was excellent. Centrally placed for ease of sight seeing, eating out and transport links (Bus and train) A large spacious room with plenty of storage and a huge bathroom, The central location gave quick access to the Zeppelin museum (The reason for our visit)

There is nothing I can think of here.

The location is very good, near of many restaurant options and touristic attractions.

Unfortunately the room has slight cigarette smell. As we stayed only two nights and we was there only for sleep we didn´t asked to move to another room.

The location was great! And the hotel staff was very friendly. Maybe a bit confused, but friendly.

- wifi (i was kicked out of the wlan network every 30 min, i had to re-log in several times. It was not a stable network.) - cleaniness in bathroom (there is a potential! For example, dust on the heating or toilet odour...) - confusion of staff (i paid my breakfast, but i was informed that i booked my hotel room "without breakfast") - breakfast was very nice, however, the cappucino tastes like brown water and orange juice like an emulgator cocktail :)))
