This was our second stay in this hotel and it only confirmed what we had already experienced: friendly staff at the reception, cleaning and in the breakfast restaurant. The room was on a smaller side for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, but just right for one night stay. The hotel is close to the center of Fulda and everything is quite close. There is a grocery store across the street. Breakfast is a little limited, but you won't be hungry: it has a large selection of spreads, bread, yogurt and pastries. Breakfast can be taken with you in a small bag which is a big plus for me. Our room was clean and tidy (and that's how I experienced the whole hotel). There are several parking spaces in front of the hotel, but they were occupied, so we parked in the garage below the hotel. The price for one day is 12 euros. The garage is safe, clean and connected to the hotel by an elevator. We are always warmly welcomed here, the price for room and a breakfast is reasonable and I can easily imagine coming again next year.

Actually, I have nothing negative to say about the hotel, but those families who have older children/teenagers should ask about the sofa bed because these beds are smaller in size and possibly choose a larger room (or 2 rooms). My children didn't mind sharing a bed that night and didn't feel that it disturbed their stay.

My wife and I were very pleased with pretty much everything about this venue. Clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, and well organized. Even when the breakfast room was rather full, we didn't feel crowded or rushed. The grab and go option at breakfast was a real plus. More hotels should do this!

Our room was on the street side of the hotel, so there was a notable amount of traffic noise. If this is an issue, ask for a room facing the other side.

Very centrally located, everything looks new, great breakfast buffet, well equipped room, relatively quiet air conditioning. Just opposite the street is an Italian restaurant with an outdoor terrace, where we had a very nice dinner (it was a recommendation from the staff)

The sofa bed is quite narrow (120cm) for two people and not very comfortable, a hard mattress. The hotel did give notice ahead of our arrival about the size of the sofa bed, which I appreciated. But we had already booked and for one night it was ok.

Extremely clean, tidy and comfortable room. Very good air conditioning. Very good underground parking. Excellent breakfast (highly recommend the pancakes). Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The only slight downside was that there wasn’t a restaurant at the hotel, but this was not really a big issue as there are more than enough restaurants, and places to eat within a 10 minute walk.

Very clean, realy helpfull staff with perfect english. Confortable rooms and beds. Located just next to the historical center with everything reachable by foot.

Can't think of anything. There were no space left in the hotel's parking, but that's not exactly the hotel's fault, and there is another parking building accross the street, we parked our car there for 2,5€/night

It is brand new (or nearly renovated?) and beautiful hotel. The design is modern and elegant. The rooms are on a small side but they have everything you need and a soffa bed vas little (the reception stuff informed us about small soffa bed but we stayed only one night and it was okay for my kids to sleep that way). The brekfast was good. There`s an option for "grab and go" breakfast for those in a hurry. The staff is competent and polite. It is walking distance from city centre.

Beverage and pastries were better than expected. We could park in the garage, access to the room from garage was easy and comfortable. Location was close to center, restaurants, shops nearby. Hotel was clean and organized.

We had a great welcome by the reception staff when we arrived. The room is modern and clean. Good breakfast. A locked parking garage in the basement The location is great with just a short stroll from the old town with many restaurants. We will definitely come back.

Nothing was bad

Everything!! Rooms are extremely clean. Beds are big and cosy for a good night sleep. There is a coffee and tea inside room. Breakfast was well loaded (I recommend pancakes). Staff is absolutely professional and nice. Receptionist was very useful and kind. There is underground garage and if there is no space, it is availabel across the street for 3,5 EUR/24hrs. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was on par with other such hotels at this price point. A good variety of food and drink that should meet anyone's needs.

Bacon to go with the scrambled eggs would've been good. Using ham instead isn't the same...
