I've never actually noticed sustainable policies for the environment apart from the inevitable sign to put towels in the bath only if you want them washed - but here I really did! No small plastic containers of jam, honey, butter here for breakfast, but honey you could pump into a small glass container for oneself, & blocks of butter you could cut. Proper mugs in the room & glasses in the bathroom. The sauna was lovely & hot and we had it to ourselves! The coffee machine at breakfast is excellent - even macchiatos! The garden & tables outside are very pleasant for a drink.

Please activate the key card to the sauna on arrival if the guest expresses a clear desire to use that facility, as it was annoying/embarrassing to be standing outside & not be able to get in! Not much in the area apart from the park but the tram no. 7 is regular & less than 25mins to the center. No milk for kettle facilities in room. I would take the gift for not cleaning the room, as the cleaning was substandard.

Overall experience was quite nice. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are clean and location is nice when you have a bike to go to the city. Breakfast selection is great!

The hotel is already a bit older and it shows but it also has its charm here or there. Breakfast is very crowded and gets chaotic at times. Staff works relentless to get new food out and clean tables.

The hotel was out of the city centre making it far more quite and allowing for some beautiful sensory near by. I opted for a suite and could not fault it the layout of the room along with a comfy bed and great facilities.

I was unsure about mentioning this but do think it is worth a mention. I found a lot of the staff would give me a different service to others I understand I’m in a different country and that if someone of that country or language they may get a slightly different service however to be ignored on table service whist everyone else was getting it along with when asking for a drink or just a general question etc being made to almost feel like a inconvenience just took away from the experience at the hotel and did make me at times feel unwelcome at the hotel.

I found the staff to be incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to assist with any requests and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient and easily accessible, which made it very convenient for exploring the area. One highlight of my stay was the splendid breakfast provided. The variety and quality of the breakfast options exceeded my expectations, and it was a wonderful way to start each day. Furthermore, I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in ensuring that the rooms and common areas were well-maintained and spotless.

However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks that I would like to mention. Firstly, the absence of power outlets near the bed was a bit inconvenient in today's digital age. It would have been more convenient to have access to electrical outlets for charging devices in a more comfortable location. Additionally, upon my late arrival, I was disappointed to find the minibar empty. I was looking forward to relaxing with a refreshment, but luckily, the lobby bar was operational, which was a definite plus. Overall, I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at your hotel.

Great location for the Red Bull Arena. Great breakfast, good underground parking. Very clean.

Staff shortages meant the restaurant and bar were shut. One of the most obvious facilities that a hotel of this standard should be obliged to provide is a restaurant, shocking. I traveled over 600 miles by road to get here only to find there was no food available despite the website telling me there is a restaurant. Terrible.

Breakfast was delicious. Excellent, fresh food, great coffee, scrambled eggs, sausages and a very good selection of ham, cheese, bread and fruit. The staff was very kind and helpful. It definitely met our expectations. The location is very good, close to the motorway, very convenient for our family.

Good breakfast and friendly staff, everything was clean and had a simple check in and check out.

Parking lot on our side of the hotel was full, fortunately we were able to park on the other side. Can be fixed in the future by keeping better track of availability in the parking lots

Very environmental friendly, very pleasant and helpful staff. An excellent front of house bar tender/waiter/maître’D who deserves an promotion. He did run the whole restaurant/bar by himself and still had time for a chat and joke.

No coffee/tea facilities in the rooms.

The staff at reception was helpful. The rooms are spacious and everything works. Parking, although a bit confusing with the opening and a bit difficult with a big car. Breakfast was excellent and the coffee great.

The price of beer from reception fridge - 4.90 euro was way too much. My mistake, I should have ask first.

We booked the room late afternoon during our trip, but the personel at the reception desk was really supportive. High quality breakfast comparing to other hotels at similar standard.

Parking place (underground garage) is not so big and with specific entrance. There was nothing available in the minibar, even no water.
