Quiet comfortable rooms with all the amenties (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion) in environmentally gentle dispensers. Also appreciated having different choices of pillows (not just feather) and face cloths - both of which are not always easy to find in German hotels. Also have a good restaurant with lots of choices, which was very welcome after a long day. Restaurant staff were very kind and attentive.

Other than the stadium, there were not a lot of other amenities close by. It's always good to check the game schedule, as I could imagine it would be a lot louder in the hotel on game night - thankfully, my stay was not one of them. The front desk staff were quite cold and unwelcoming - even though had different people when arriving and leaving - still had a very cool reception. This was a surprise as my experience with Hyatt reception is that they normally go out of their way to welcome guests. Perhaps some additional training could benefit the overall experience??

The hotel is really cool. With a football atmosphere. The staff was also nice. Food was good, and the room was very fancy with Sky tv.

I had a massive headache and they refused to offer a Headache pill because " if something happens to me, they are held responsible" . I literally had to walk 20 min to the nearest pharmacy with rain pouring and me trying to hold it together. If you ask me the chances of something happening were much higher with me walking 40 min total to buy a pill than if they had given me one. So to me that was complete crap.

Breakfast was excellent - lots of variety and well stocked. The location was great as we were there for the stadium tour (highly recommended). Beds comfy. Sky Sports shown on TVs everywhere. Great Bayer Leverkusen memorabilia.

Shame we couldn’t get to the club shop through the hotel - it was signposted but entrance stayed closed. Meant walking around the stadium instead. In the morning there was quite a lot of noise. Nothing majorly disruptive.

Private parking, easy access to the hotel, comfortable bed and spacious standard room, and THE SAUNA (a huge treat after a long day of driving). Great breakfast.

The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke which was a bit of a turn off, especially during dinner. The food was average for the price range. I can imagine that during football season you’d only want to stay here if you were a fan. I know nothing of football and was relieved there wasn’t a game in the stadium the night I was there. The hotel itself is very convenient to fans of course, by design, but also a great hotel in its own right for the rest of us.

Cool to be in a hotel that’s part of a stadium. One of our boys is a huge soccer fan. The other loved the concept/design/layout.

A bit expensive. From the website pictures, the family room looked like it might be a suite. It is actually one big room. Also, stadium tours are infrequent and reception does not know much about them. We were referred to an unmanned desk and the stadium’s website. You’d think the hotel and stadium would coordinate better.

Location is great when coming to see fotball, breakfast was excellent, the room was clean and spacious

There was No access directly to the stadium, there is a door but its kept locked. It would be easy to add to the customer experience by providing a separate entrance for hotel quests to the stadium.

The location, practically inside of the Bayarena, is very nice, and will be especially pleasing for football lovers. Could combine it with a tour of the stadium or watching a game. Breakfast was also very good, with a lot of choices.

The pillows in the bed were too soft for my liking. The price for parking is a bit steap (€20/day). Especially with free parking near the hotel.

Breakfast was amazing every day. The chef made sure that everything was up to standard. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar is a nice area to relax after a day out.

The beds and pillows are not that comfortable. The fitness area needs more equipment which is a shame to see especially as the hotel is part of the football stadium.

The premises are very exiting! Breakfast a bit expensive and this was the only "minus" parking convenient, front desk ladies extremely kind, room is big enough, clean (although my room had a smell not so pleasant). Bathroom also very nice

breakfast could be a bit less expensive. my room had a slightly unpleasant smell in the beggining.

The reception staff were very helpful. The bar staff were really on the ball. Very friendly and professional. Nick was brilliant, especially with our grandson.

That we couldn't stay longer.
