Hotel location very close to Frankfurt Airport (not too far by car to Frankfurt city center less than 30 min driving) located in a nice city where a very close mall and shops, cafes are only 3 min away walking distance. good parking nice rooms nice staff and very lovely overnight stay

it is very disappointing that no coffee or tea maker available in room , and no safety box as well available. (these are very normal to be found in most 3 and 4 stars hotels noways) maybe simply they can add 3-5 Euro per night later on each bill to provide such services (so you wont loose anything)

A/C in the room didn't work, the staff alerted us at check-in, offered compensation of free breakfast, welcome drink and mini bar for free. The breakfast was one of the best I had in a while, considering the size of the hotel and price.

Bad planning with the A/C, duríng Euro24, and summer. When offered free minibar, to learn it only has 2 bottles of water, is a waste.

Twin beds and it was hard to sleep with the baby in the same bed.. they gave us a cot but the baby did not like it and we had to sleep all three in the twin beds A bit pricey but good location and facility

Staff were very friendly. Helped us to get around frankfurt and advising the directions and transport to use. Bed very comfy Rooms very unique and clean

Towels extremely small, but we made done with it. This wouldn't stop me coming back.

Everything was new, clean and the staff was friendly. We went to a concert and the location was great for that.

The breakfast is a bit expensive 24€ for a budget hotel is a bit steep.

Comfortable hotel, very convenient for Ffm airport, helpful staff. It was amusingly decorated for air travellers. There is a direct bus to the airport from across the road.

The location is superb because it is close to a mall, and close to the bus stop as well. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

They didn't have a fridge in the room, which, in summer would've been amazing to store our waters and drinks.

The hot air balloon room was beautiful and it was fun staying in an interesting setting. The free waters were a nice perk and the hotel Thai food was excellent.

I couldn’t figure out Netflix with an Ethernet cord to the back of the tv.

I arrived very late in the evening and the staff were super helpful and found some food for me, even though the kitchen was closed.

Upon arrival I was unable to immediately identify the hotel due to the small sign and it being so dark. It was a bit weird to have a double bed with a single duvet but I assume that was because I was a solo traveler.
