The view really is as good as it looks. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and facilities surrounding the hotel. A good restaurant can be found within the hotel and the breakfast was exceptional, lots of variety, very fresh, warm. There was no coffee machine though but the staff will make you a flask.

The bar area in the middle with the old F1 car and bike seemed rather dead which we didn't expect given it seems to feature a prominent role in the marketing materials.

The view was absolutely incredible, incredibly clean room and hotel and especially alongside such a famous racetrack it really is the perfect stay for drivers and spectators alike. Staff are very well versed in multiple languages so communication is never an issue and the food was unbelievable, I personally have never tasted food so amazing in my life and already eager to get back And the trackside view is breathtaking, during a race weekend with the roars of the engines and the distant views of the rolling eifel hills it really is a hidden gem with everything you can imagine

We had a very comfortable room with excellent beds and nice shower. The view was spectacular, right next to the Nürburgring with perfect view of te track. Breakfast was also very well with all that we needed and more. Just great. Also very friendly and helpful staff. We also ate dinner at the cockpit bar. Realy cool with old and new pictures of races all over. This place really breathes the history of the track.

The weather was not good enough to sit outside on the balcony (to be expected and of September). That would have been possible with the comfy chairs and pillows that were present. Nothing the hotel could do about this. The view from the window was also great.

Breakfast was awesome, the room was nice and clean with a great balcony overlooking the track, and the location is second to none - if you are attending something at the Ring, stay here! Perfect for a work/driving weekend.

I didn't realize I booked the "early bird rate" so could only get a 10% refund on my last night (I had to leave a day earlier than planned). Also - needing to get your parking pass scanned by the front desk EVERY TIME you go in and out is a tad annoying.

Breakfast was delicious. Quite a broad selection. Room was world class, as it looks over the grand prix track. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is not the hotel for you. Non-stop motorsport action(during normal business hours). If you are looking to be immersed in the rich motorsport history of the 'ring then this is the hotel for you. If you love racing stay here. Extremely kind and charismatic staff from the restaurant to the front desk.

Thought it was a little odd that my room didn't get cleaned every day as with most hotels I stay at. Housekeeping was sufficient as the room was immaculate when I arrived, and really did not need a full cleaning every day. Certainly not a complaint though as its probably one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have stayed in( as upon my arrival). Can't imagine this is an easy hotel to book during peak season.

Like every other guest I suppose, we were here to enjoy a day at the track. This hotel location is extremely convenient and very fun because of the track side location. Our room was motorsport-themed in a modern, classy way. The hallways are hilarious - where else do you find carpeting that is patterned like tire treads?? Comfortable bed and bedding. The bathroom was small, but perfectly serviceable. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The track side balcony was very comfortable, screened from the neighbors on either side, and entertaining. The doors/windows are amazingly well sound insulated. You can hear a faint rumble of the cars, but nothing loud enough to keep you awake or wake you up early. Breakfast was exceptional. A wide variety of high-quality, well prepared foods to fit any taste or dietary preference. We didn't eat or drink at the bar(s)/restaurant otherwise. Parking in the attached garage was perfectly convenient. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Walk to bars, restaurants, and shopping just down the street.

This is no fault of the hotel, but it was incredibly quiet. The track was packed all day, but at night, it was a ghost town. We hoped it would be a bit more social and lively at the bar, and around the complex in general. The reason we had this experience? May 1 holiday!

Perfect location very nice clean hotel very modern design

First night bar was very understaffed waited 30 mins for service when tried to get attention of barman he threw his arms up and shouted "you have to wait" we had waited 30 mins already!!! At over 200 a night we thought that was a bit crap. The complimentary water in the room had been previously opend, NO Air con any where big let down!

Fantastic location specially rooms with balcony and track view. Hotel lovely and clean staff so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was outstanding everything you could have wanted. Restaurant of an evening dished up some delicious meals, and the two ladies who served us was exceptional. Overall would definitely stay again and recommend.

The only couple of things I would say is that extra pillows on beds would be good, which they did give us more when asked. And a kettle , iron and ironing board would be great.

The location, views from the room and staff were amazing. The car park being underground with barriers gave us confidence that our car was safe. The hotel is modern and clean. Perfect location for those wanting to stay nearby and go on the track

The hotel is not equipped to hold anywhere near the amount of people it should for dinner, however for breakfast the room completely opened up. We were unable to sit down and have dinner in the restaraunt, it would have been great if the Reception asked us at the time of check in if we would like to make a reservation.

Very friendly staff. Great rooms with balcony and viewing the track. Loved the memorabilia and the pub had a great atmosphere and we had a good meal there too. Parking very easy, dog friendly. Great open spaces across the road for the dogs to exercise.

It was very hot when we were there so air con would have been great but we left balcony open which solved the problem!
