The check - in went really smoothly, also the request for a bigger, sturdier pillow was met almost immediately. The kitchenette was very nice, so was the fridge. The bathroom contained a bathtub which I found particularly relaxing since I travelled quite a distance and there is nothing better to relax than in a bathtub. I did not use the breakfast facilities nor the bar, so I cannot comment on those.

The pillow was too flat and too soft. Everything else was quite in order.

Very nice hotel in a very nice area. Very clean and cozy, excellent breakfast and super nice staff. Everything I needed for my short stay was available in the room. Also walking distance to good restaurants and train station.

It was very confusing that you need to check-in at the Radisson Blu Hotel. I didn't know it and was looking for Radebeul City Hotel and couldn't find it. I went to the reception of Radisson just to ask where is that hotel and was surprised to hear that you need to check-in here at Radisson.

on demand cleaning room policy should have been declared at check-in AND at booking phase on booking.com, especially when traveling with pets

I had a ground floor corner room with patio access. The room itself was very clean and well appointed. The rooms were in 3 storey units, in a large garden behind the main hotel. The staff were friendly and put up with my limited German well. Breakfast was good.

It wasn’t actually clear where it was! Reception is shared with the main hotel. Minor item.

One main house and remote „villas“ for the guests-you don’t hear much of other people although there was a group of students

Paying for the wellness area 10€ every time you enter even for house guests is way too much! I suggest a „wellness“ package or at least a day-ticket

The rooms were clean and nice. The bathroom was new and modern.

We thought that the pool was included, but it wasn't. You have to pay 85 euros per person and book in advance. So keep that in mind.

NIce room, a bit dated, but for the money it was good value. Quiet and comfortable, parking at the location. Nothing to complain about.

It seems there are 2 hotels: One in the same main building and other rooms in external and additional buildings in the hotel's garden. The first time you book a room you are not aware of it, even I thought I had breakfast included which was not.

Charming hotel with individual buildings in a park setting, very quite, very green.
