Fantastic location, easy to access with helpful staff on hand. Elevator for use is great with heavy luggage. We were upgraded from a studio to 1 bedroom and it was very spacious and well equipped. Washing machine, bathtub, large double bed, huge TV and consistent internet!

Can be warm with the large windows, fan provided... we moved from living room to bedroom to sleep. Can be a little noisy with windows open especially during summer festivals. No oven or microwave, only a cooktop with warnings about using it triggering a fire alarm... we avoided cooking especially with so many restaurant options available. We did have a couple nighttime bugs in the bathroom, like silverfish/earwig type. Carpet throughout apartment.

Right in the centre of Altstadt.We had a big 1 bedroom apartment with lovely big windows that let the sunshine in and we had a view of the Nieuwmarkt square.Also a well equipped kitchen. Lots of restaurants and close to all the sights. We were able to take our little dog too. The bed sleeps fine .

The parking is expensive €28/day. The dog fee is also quite expensive €19/day. The pillows are terrible, completely flat. The couch is also very uncomfortable to sit on for a while. We stayed 5 nights so we stayed inside sometimes.

The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. The hotel is perfectly located, you can just do sightseeing walking and leave your car in the underground parking spot which belong to the hotel. The only thing are the church bells which go every hour even at night. Breakfast is tasty and various, it is in another building close by.

Internet speed is on the slower side.

Wonderful location in the heart of the old town, just around the corner from Frauenkirche. We could hear the church bells, which was pleasant experience. Also big plus is the ability to leave your luggage at the reception, the transport back home was in the evening, so we left the luggage at the reception and could enjoy the full day of sightseeing with comfort. Facilities met all our expectations, it was clean, kitchenet equipped with everything needed.

A perfect place! Beautiful central location. Very big rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a bathtub, and a large fridge—everything you need to feel at home. I’ll definitely choose this place again when I come back to Dresden!

9 out of 10 only because of the construction noise in the hotel. They started drilling around 8–9 AM and finished by 11–12. If it’s just a few hours of work, why not start later? That would be much nicer for the guests.

This aparthotel is situated in the very center of the city, a short walk to all principal Dresden must-see. Plenty of coffee bar and restaurants for all tastes just around. The position is really superb, the view from the room is directly on Neumarkt Square. Despite of being so central, no noises are coming from the square, the apartment is peaceful and relaxing. The underground parking is functional and very useful. The apartment is huge and very airy, with big windows. breakfast is offered at a nearby club, just 1-2 minuted by foot. Excellent choise of sweet and salty food. Wifi working very well in all the apartment. Price is worth.

personally, I do not like carpets in general, unless they are really CLEAN, which was not the case. The carpet at the entrance was full of animal hairs, eventually somebody before us was travelling with a pet, I guess the hotel should ensure a deep cleaning in these cases. If they allow pets, they should also make a better effort to guarantee hygienic standards are respected. The location of the breakfast is a rather ambiguous-looking gin bar, the food is excellent, but the smell of smoke is everywhere and ruins the pleasure of breakfast a bit. Parking fee is really expensive ( 28,00 € / day ). Kitchen equipment limited, but probably not many people enjoy cooking by themselves.

The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The location is excellent and the kitchen had everything bar a microwave.

As always the internet is totally inadequate and unreliable. This has been a long term problem and really should be fixed. For most of my stay there was no internet. Then randomly it was there until it vanished and even there the signal was poor. The staff kindly provided me with a booster but it did not recognise the provided password; even after 4 attempts. Otherwise it is a decent no frills establishment.

I stayed at this hotel and booked through booking.com because the corporate reservation for my company at the other hotels were taken. i did not comment on the value for the money, because the company will pay for it and i have no reference. i can say that i would prefer to stay in this hotel the next time i go the Dresden for business, which will likely be 2 or 3 times a year for the foreseeable future. the accommodations were extraordinary. Gabriel was very helpful. she not only informed us of everything we needed to know about the hotel itself, but also about the area. the hotel provides free maps, and she took the time to mark and explain where the hotel is, where other landmarks are, points of interest, places to get breakfast, and the trains.

it could only have been better if i were on there holiday rather than being there for business. If i am in the area for personal or business reasons, this is where i want to stay. hopefully, not too many people read my review, and i'll still be able to get a suite when i come back next year. The only real downside of my trip was issues with the airlines, not with the hotel.

Great location, great apartment with view on the Frauenkirche. Although it is right in de hart of Dresden, at night it was really quiet. Parking is great, cheaper than the public parking garage. The apartment had a lot of space and a great bath. I really enjoyed the stay. Did not use the breakfast possibility at 5start hotel, but I am sure this would have been nice as well. Dresden is a beautiful city and this place gives you the opportunity to fully enjoy it.

Some basics at the kitchen would have been nice, like tea or coffee. But the supermarket is around the corner so no problem at all.

The location is perfect! The flat is huge, and the kitchen is well equipped.

I found the bed difficult to sleep in, because the pillows were so big that I had to either have a crick in my neck or no pillow. But this was a small problem compared to how nice the place was.
