Friendly man who was vacuuming the restaurant area checked me in late at night. Parking was easy for a large van both up the ramp and on the street.. friendly staff who gave me a coffee the next day while i checked some emails at their bar... very luxurious and solid old-school hotel room still in the Best Western format from the 80's or 90's... apparently the whole hotel will be transformed slowly from Best Western into the B and B style over the next years... great little friendly and authentic Indian restaurant next to hotel serving real and good food prepared earlier in the day in their main restaurant... i recommend highly... free parking upstairs for all vehicle sizes including large vans... good tv with some english channels

The hotel has long kubrikesque corridors and a lot of rooms and is a bit impersonal but the upside is that the price for the room should be always good because there are so many rooms... more english channels needed!!

Great place for a quick sleepover. Located close to the highway. Separate parking behind the hotel - very convenient. Quick check-in. Large and clean rooms. Good breakfast with no waiting time. All in all a good experience.

All good for a one night sleep over

The hotel was very convenient for our needs! Room was clean and quiet, which is what we asked for. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Parking was great...right in front of the hotel. The service in the restaurant was also very friendly!

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable -- too thick, but that is a personal preference. Though parking was convenient, the spaces were a bit tight. We ate in the restaurant and found the prices a bit inflated. The fixtures in the bathroom are a bit outdated and show a bit of wear.

Location to the main road, spotlessly clean, good parking, lovely old town to visit. Bed exceptionally comfortable.

It was very warm, even after I switched off the radiator and open the window. They need to turn the heating down.

Parking , size of room , cleanliness. Lady on reception was wonderful, she moved her car so we could park our motorcycles under cover , she was very helpful generally .

Location was lovely a nice park up the road. Close to motorway so easy to get on with journey. Supermarket close by and has excellent products. Hotel was quiet . Air conditioning very good fridge and tea making facilities so very cosy. Didn't have breakfast as wanted to get on with our journey to uk from Greece.

Nothing we had everything we needed

Good, comfy place to sleep for a couple nights. Very nice staff, though there probably weren't enough people working because the one person working had to do a lot by themselves. Would recommend or come back if in the area.

Everything was great.

The hotel has a quite good location. It's only 10 minutes from a train station or the city center. The personnel was nice, polite, and always willing to help. We were satisfied with the cleaning and the quietness in the room.

It was hard enough to find an entrance for the first time. There's a sign 'Eingang', but the parking sign is as well. It's not clear whether you need to use the parking ramp to reach the hotel. It'd be better to put a simple sign of pedestrian there too.

Check-in was easy, despite being a last minute booking. Breakfast was good with a wide choice. The breakfast room was large and comfortable and nicely decorated. Nice room, which was very clean and comfortable. Dogs accepted.

We had a room overlooking the car park, which was a bit noisy during the night time and early morning.

Friendly staff. Perfect for a 1 night stay. It was recently renovated. rooms were new and very clean. Big Parking in front of the hotel and supermarkets just around the corner!
