No clear signage for reception,had to go searching for it. Noise from motorway,and what sounded like aircraft at night. Need to understand that the front of the building is a motorway rest area NO INTERNET in room, this is a big failing that I did not pick up on before booking and would have looked elsewhere if I had known. free internet is available in the food outlet area though

location wise really thought it was going to be awful as on a service station but the room was really quiet and very comfortable, heat and bed wise. discount on food was also good, explained well by staff at mcdonalds in the evening.

closer to baden baden as the description on booking .com says it is in baden bade! we had to drive back in not walk. We also culd not park in baden baden car parks as we had a camper van and all parkign was underground.

We enjoyed our stay here, we arrived around 8pm and were able to check-in at the cafe counter. The guy was very friendly, spoke great English and he provided all the information. We also got a 20% discount on food at McDonalds and the cafe (although Booking showed 25% discount). The room was pretty big and the beds were very comfortable to spend the night. We looked out at our car, which felt very safe. No complaints at all.

Convenient location for our journey from the Uk to Austria. The room was confortable and quiet. Good selection of food for evening meal.

The bathroom smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke! My only other comment would be that the red wine is too cold as it is stored in the bottle chiller in the restuarant

Plenty of parking. Very friendly & helpful staff. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Selection of food available in the self service restaurant with a McDonald's restaurant in the next room. There is also a shop with essentials, gifts and a cafe bar. Easy access on and of the autobahn. Recommended for short stays.

Great motel to stop at when travelling back to the UK. Not far from the motorway and near the border with France.

The location was good as it was near the autobahn. The room was spacious but lit dimly, sheets were clean and crisp.

the room needed more lighting, the front area around the bedroom windows needs a bit of gardening and looking after. very noisy with people coming and going from the service station entrance, breakfast was a mcdonalds but not breakfast menu just normal menu, ffod and drink were expensive

Very convenient and restaurant availability 6am to 11pm suited us

Prefer if dog suitable accommodation didn’t have carpets- wet feet was a worry

It was good that we could borrow a small cart for our luggage.

The key machine is still very difficult to open.
