As a well recognised hotel chain, you already know what to expect and this hotel definitely met those expectations. Bedroom was comfy, there was a very good breakfast buffet and, in the main, staff were friendly and definitely hard-working. Easy parking (if you arrive at the right time); if you arrive once the carpark is full, apparently they suggest other options. I really enjoyed the flavoured water in reception. We were able to leave our luggage in a safe location before and after check in/out. We only stayed for one night but I'd happily have stayed a second night here.

We booked a twin bed but got to the room and found it was a double. On returning to reception, we were told it was too late to change, there were no other rooms and, in effect, blaming the process, not apologizing: this was a reception guy who was originally very pleasant at our check in. However, on returning somewhat deflated to the room we discovered the sofa was actually a sofa bed so all was ok, but it was a bit of a poor experience due to the receptionist's manner and lack of knowledge about the actual room. The hotel is a bit of a walk to the centre but this was fine for us.

Staff was ok, but less friendly than other places. Parking was absolutely nightmare. Hotel parking was full. I paid 16 euros for a nearby parking place for less than 12 hours. If you don’t have parking facilities than say it. I was driving through half Europe, the reason I chose your hotel because of the parking. However , when I booked, it said parking on hotel site or adjacent streets. Well, when you arrive in late evening /night you won’t check the streets next to the hotel. Breakfast was very nice and staff there also. Thank you.

Service was impeccable. The bar area was great both in the evening (where there was a fair amount of socializing) and the morning, with lots of folks there for breakfast. It is VERY convenient to the Festspielhaus, which is why we were in town - an easy walk up the street! There are also a few restaurants in walking distance, though it's a little far away from the Old Town parts to walk.

They have on-site parking, but it is small and was full the whole time we were there. Fortunately, they have a loading zone in front to get in and out, and there is ample parking nearby.

The hotel is well located only a short walk from the Centre of the city and near to the bus route from the station. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was included and there was a wide range of items in the buffet. Compared to paying a fortune for a hotel in the centre, I highly recommend this hotel as it is really good value for money and it is very easy to reach the centre by bus or on foot in around 10 minutes. We were also able to leave our luggage during the day and the hotel organised a taxi for us - great service.

Everything was perfect

The hotel was very easy to find and well situated for walking to the centre of Baden-Baden, the carpark was easy to access from the main road and there was plenty of spaces and room to manoeuvre. Check in was a breeze and soon we were in a bright clean room with a view of the inner courtyard. Happily, tea and coffee was available in the room. The bathroom was a fair size with a powerful shower. We found several appealing restaurants within easy walking distance and later enjoyed a stroll around the very beautiful old city centre. Breakfast was a mixture of hot and cold buffet selections which fuelled us for the day. Overall, a very satisfying overnight stay.

The room was comfortable and very conveniently located. The breakfast spread was very nice and carried us for the major part of the day .The staff were courteous and friendly. Would recommend this property for any new comer to Baden Baden due o its location and convenience.

Slightly bigger size of the room as with the extra bed in place there was barely any place to move. Adding omlettes to the breakfast would have been wonderful although boiled eggs were there. But this does not reduce the ratings of the property.

Friendly staff member upon check in who also recommended a great location for dinner. The hotel bar was pleasant as was the patio area. We stayed whilst touring Europe on motorcycles, so the secure parking is reassuring, but at a small fee. Hotel is well located for walking into the city. i have used the hotel twice in 12 months, which is a good indicator.

Breakfast was more than sufficient and ample choice, Rooms are nicely decorated and enough space. 15 min walk to the city center.

It's rather hot in the rooms even if the outside temperature is not high. Obviously you can open the windows, but still too warm. Compared to the rest of the room the bathroom looks a bit outdated, It would be good if they can improve the quality of the coffee,

Breakfast was good, secure parking for motorcycles excellent as car park gets very busy. Located away from the centre of town which is a 10 min stroll away.

A/C in room wasn't working ! (not good in 30+ degree heat..) A text warning us would have been helpful, we may have stayed elsewhere

Easy to find and good location. Very good breakfast in a delightful room overlooking a nice garden. Very handy for a walk up though the town and to the spa. Parking on site albeit expensive.

Long wait at check in and then very slow check in not helped by the staff allowing other guests to push in with their not quick "quick questions". Parking on site very tight and expensive.
