Service was impeccable. The bar area was great both in the evening (where there was a fair amount of socializing) and the morning, with lots of folks there for breakfast. It is VERY convenient to the Festspielhaus, which is why we were in town - an easy walk up the street! There are also a few restaurants in walking distance, though it's a little far away from the Old Town parts to walk.

They have on-site parking, but it is small and was full the whole time we were there. Fortunately, they have a loading zone in front to get in and out, and there is ample parking nearby.

The hotel is well located only a short walk from the Centre of the city and near to the bus route from the station. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was included and there was a wide range of items in the buffet. Compared to paying a fortune for a hotel in the centre, I highly recommend this hotel as it is really good value for money and it is very easy to reach the centre by bus or on foot in around 10 minutes. We were also able to leave our luggage during the day and the hotel organised a taxi for us - great service.

Everything was perfect

The hotel was very easy to find and well situated for walking to the centre of Baden-Baden, the carpark was easy to access from the main road and there was plenty of spaces and room to manoeuvre. Check in was a breeze and soon we were in a bright clean room with a view of the inner courtyard. Happily, tea and coffee was available in the room. The bathroom was a fair size with a powerful shower. We found several appealing restaurants within easy walking distance and later enjoyed a stroll around the very beautiful old city centre. Breakfast was a mixture of hot and cold buffet selections which fuelled us for the day. Overall, a very satisfying overnight stay.

The room was comfortable and very conveniently located. The breakfast spread was very nice and carried us for the major part of the day .The staff were courteous and friendly. Would recommend this property for any new comer to Baden Baden due o its location and convenience.

Slightly bigger size of the room as with the extra bed in place there was barely any place to move. Adding omlettes to the breakfast would have been wonderful although boiled eggs were there. But this does not reduce the ratings of the property.

Great breakfast, they even had pickles and seedless olives. The room was clean, quiet and despite being a one person room was spacious enough to move around in. Good bus connections nearby and fast elevator.

A mini fridge would be useful to store items. There are no Zebra crossings around the hotel so if you are elderly or have mobility difficulties crossing the streets to reach the hotel may be difficult as traffic is always heavy there.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was lovely, and the coffee was fantastic! Location walking distance to the old town. Lovely restaurants close by.

We had two rooms on the lower floor. The room in the corner ontop of the parking garage, was very cold. We turned the heating up, but we could not get the room warm. The floor was very cold - not recommended for winter. The rooms are not too sound proof, it was rather loud. Unfortunately we had neighbours with a small child that was playing and jumping until 1:30am.

Nice Hotel, and quite central within walking distance to the main centre, rooms was clean and tidy with tea and coffee making facilities, which we never used. We had a high room however the view was hampered by the local trees. the reception staff were very helpful when asked for information. Limited parking under this hotel which was an additional charge. there is a lift in this hotel and an escalator from street level up to main the main reception area.

Nothing........ breakfast was a busy time for the limited amount of staff that was on duty at the time we had breakfast @ 08.30am , however they just managed to keep ahead of things

The staff was super friendly. Good breakfast and a very very good bed. We had a room for disabled persons..and the room was really spacious. Also the fact that we could book the disabled parking space was great.

The bathroom door did not close. Only by banging it very strongly. There was no space at all to put the luggage. We had to put it on the floor, which is not very handy.

Nice hotel and parking. At a cost!

Charge for parking. The Bed, THE BED! Omg, this has to be the most uncomfortable bed ever. The mattress was so firm/hard it was painful. In fact the floor would have been better. Linen was all very clean but the (NEW) mattress was so hard it may well be comfortable in about 25 years! Both me and my travel partner was extremely uncomfortable in this bed and got no sleep at all.

For a short stay, the hotel was very good. Room was fine, quiet, at top floor, and we also had a nice view. We were happy to have the air conditioning as well. Breakfast was good, and depending on the weather, you can also sit outside which we found very convenient. Hotel is very close to the city center, few minutes walking, and there are also plenty of places nearby where you can have a drink or dinner. The bar at the hotel is also nice. Staff was very friendly and the room and restaurant/bar area were clean. Parking is convenient as well.

Coffee was not that good, despite the coffee machines, and kind of missed the omelet and the bacon. We also felt that the beds were a bit uncomfortable, and a bottle of water was missing in the room. Also there is no safe, and the wardrobe is rather small.
