Best breakfast ever! The included breakfast had everything a traveler could want for breakfast. Fresh fruit, cheeses, meats, eggs, breads of all sorts, coffees teas etc. Loved the location away from many tourists but easy to walk to the center. The staff was attentive kinda and excellent.

The property overall is a bit dated needing fresh paint here and there excluding the breakfast room which seems very new. The room was very nice, very clean with lovely modern bathroom.

Very pleasant stay. Hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. My room was very quiet. Breakfast was good. Well situated both for the concert hall which is next door and a short walk into the old town. Bus drive to the railway station very straight- forward. Bus stop across the road.

I wasn't wildly keen on the smokers in front of the dining room. But that was only once over three breakfasts.

For a 3stars hotel - a very good hotel. The breakfast is basic, but every single product is a good quality product (especially coffee, ham, cheese brie, butter and bread). The room was cosy and very clean (as always in Germany), Wi-Fi worked perfect as we stayed close to the rooter, the room was smaller than I expected so I couldn't do my workout, I enjoyed WIFI in stead :) The bed is OK, the pillows were too big for me, we found smaller pillows in the wardrobe in stead, a perfect size and height! The location is good, 10 min to the city centre, easy to travel by car from this point. We used the underground car parking Festspielhaus (15 euro / day). All in all - I can recommend.

No mayonnaise at the breakfast though ('nice to have' for eggs). :)

The hotel is nice and clean with a great breakfast. The design and furniture are old-fashioned, but the room was specious. It is located near the road, a walking distance from the city centre and spa. The staff was very attentive and amicable. I loved my stay and had a chance both to work and relax.

It was a bit hot and bikers made some noise at the backyard. Otherwise the stay was very calm.

Secure parking for our motorcycle. We had a ground floor bedroom with a patio. Very quiet and no road noise. A small Netto a few yards away for essentials. Good value breakfast with a varied choice of options. Very clean and close to town centre .

About a 10 minute walk into Baden-Baden but easy enough. Good parking in their courtyard for our motorcycles. Staff v friendly and helpful. Great shower. Clean bathroom. Breakfast had good variety although only machine coffee.

No real sitting area at hotel although there are bistro tables outside the front. Bar not open.

No area / bar in which to relax so no real atmosphere.

The property is situated in a great location and the staff were very accommodating and very friendly. We had breakfast included in the hotel which had a great selection of food. Beds were extremely comfortable as well

It is a very traditional property but good value for money

Location next to parking garage and within short walking distance to pedestrian zone, park and baths was good. Breakfast was nice, breakfast staff friendly, bedding comfortable and bathroom spotless. Room change/upgrade was given due to some type of facility difficulty.

The room change required entering side entrance which wasn't always open and no key was given. The light in stairwell was out along with one small light in room, which would have been nice to use for both rooms instead of bright ceiling chandeliers (as nice as they are).

Lovely big room, affordable price with good comfort and a very good breakfast. Close to bus stop, friendly helpful staff. We have stayed in Baden Baden many times and go for affordable hotels around £120 a night. This has been the bess value for money as it is more comfortable. For us it was worth a 10 minute walk to the centre or jump the bus to get a better quality room. Buy a one day bus ticket at the machine at the bus stop as the travel cards are very good value.
