The reception staff is very friendly and welcoming, which is worth a good rating. About the system set up, without a card, but with codes written on a card to access, either the garage or the rooms is not worth much. What a hassle, and not just for us. For breakfast, start at 6:30 to 10:30 which is nice. On the other hand, if you arrive, which is our case at 8am, some cheese or meat dishes are 3/4 empty, and even during our presence, no one came to refill. The location of the hotel is very good, we spent 4 nights there. The hotel is a 4 star! I don't think so, and too expensive. It's up to you to see if it's worth it.

The position was amazing, the staff were nice, the rooms are clean, getting a free drink for not asking for cleaning is a huge bonus. The bed is very comfy I could sleep in it forever.

The prices are a bit overexaggerated. This hotel is actually top end but usually I only book there if I find a good deal on Booking. Not to say the hotel is bad, not at all, just the prices are, in my own unprofessional opinion, a bit too high.

The location of the hotel - which was right near the historic city center. The rooms were very modern and clean and spacious (by European Standards). It also had a refrigerator - which is rare in Europe. The fee for the ease of parking was money well spent retrospectively; versus hunting for parking offsite. Also the staff were fantastic and multi-lingual; specifically: Jessi, Sophia and the housekeeping staff (Gal from Romania whose name escapes me).

Would like to have an in-room microwave for longer term stays like ours. The parking garage is cramped by American standards; but "par for the course: in Europe and Australia. Also note that if the underground parking is full; you can park above ground in the area for "Ginn City Parking" - behind the line that says "Parken Verboten". Which wasn't clear to me at first.

I paid around 150€ per night for my stay including breakfast and on days when I couldn't eat well, I wasn't allowed to pack a bread or a banana. It's very unusual because the hotels that I stayed in so far across the globe had no such issues. May be the staff at the restaurant wasn't trained well or taught to be so.

Very modern hotel right by the main train station. Handicapped room was available and truly big enough for a wheelchair (in bathroom as well)! Accessible shower/toilet were great and so helpful!!! Breakfast was really good - although some things weren't replaced when they were gone. Still plenty to eat (hot breakfast as well). Great location, especially if traveling by train. Easy to walk to city center from there. Bakery & restaurants nearby. Nice staff!

No free parking; limited parking in garage (full while we were there). However, I was able to find free on-street parking as it was the weekend - would be more difficult during the week. There is an additional lot for EUR 5/day - but this was also full during our stay. Breakfast buffet should be replenished more, especially considering that breakfast on the weekends runs quite late.

Modern and trendy hotel at prime location, certainly the best option in Ravensburg. My second stay here. Good value for money. Mini-fridge and kettle in the room. Has AC.. Huge TV screen, nice to watch the Euro24 from the bed. Breakfast was adequate and not overpriced if booked in advance together with the room

due to the location next to the railway station, sleeping with open/tilted windows is hardly possible .

Great location, friendly staff, and clean rooms. Bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was quiet, even though right beside the train station. Breakfast in the morning was good.

Available parking space at the hotel was limited, and when we arrived a bit later in the day (7:00 PM) there were no parking spots left. However, staff did have good recommendations for nearby parking, so it was OK

Cushion were top soft for my neck, but they provided me 3 of them. It is a personal thing. But the bed was super confortable and everything was perfect.

central to the city , restaurants great ,shops train stations and buses. It serves the purpose for a few days out and about around the beautiful area . Friendly and helpful staff . basic but everything is clean and funktional .

No service for breakfast ,no toaster,just two choices of eggs for breakfast boiled or hard long standing scrambled . Breakfast was sufficient nevertheless. the lounge bar was closed but it was possible to get a drink from the drinks cabinet and pay at the reception.

Ginn City and Lounge Ravensburg it is by far the best hotel we have stayed this time in germany! Everything perfect, organized and clean. An exceptional breakfast and an incredible human welcome. It is the first time that in addition to scoring I decided to write because it surprised me. Congratulations to everyone involved in the process of establishing the Ginn network.
