Perfect hotel for a 1 night stopover. Staff was friendly and compare to 2023 the staff looking "updated". Young guys speaking German and perfect English. Breakfast is good for a day start, rooms are ok for a stopover, not really for more then 1 or 2 nights. Location close to highway is the positive side of the location. There is a small parking garage below the bigger parking lot, if you in time you can park in the garage.

There is no airco in the room and in summer when the sun is on your window it can get REALLY hot in the rooms. If you don not want to drive for dinner (or you like to drink while eating) then your stock to a streetcorner turkish place to have some food. There is nothing else within walking distance of the hotel and the hotel itselve does not have a restaurant ( only breakfast area). I asked if they could reserve 2 parking spots in the garage for our motorcycles instead of the parking lot above. They answered they would but they did not.. luckily for us 1 car was just moving out.

Excellent breakfast, hot and cold choices, better than expected. Car parking was actually free unless you parked in the secure underground parking area.(€10 per day). Tram stop into the centre just a few yards away. No bar, but they did sell beer and wine from a fridge. Over the road is a supermarket where you can get your drinks a lot cheaper.

Car park was up a slope, so a bit tricky with a lot of luggage.

Beds and window blinds were great. Sleeping comfort 10/10! Breakfast was spot on! Free parking next to the hotel 👍 A lift decorated as a shower cabin is funny 😂

Dude at reception requested me to sign and accept hotel terms but he didn’t know those himself and obviously couldn’t explain what I sign for. Floor in our room was rather dirty… Not a big deal, but was expecting better

Quality of rooms

0,6 euro per kWh charging car at hotel. It is close to 50% above what you can charge for at e.g. Tesla and Ionity. The possibility to charge the EV at the hotel should be a fair facility to attract customers, and not a money machine. Some hotels do not charge at all, most offer charging at a very low price. Close to 50% above market rate is ridiculous.

The hotel is in a area that you have transportation to go to the center of the city in 20 minutes.... The breakfast was amazing more than my expectation.... the room are a little small but enough to sleep in there.... The bathroom is too small ... but clean and updated.

My only concern was the pillows, thre were very poor...

Convenience of the location (not far away from motorway), bathroom and room size

Even though we enjoyed the breakfast, it hardly qualifies as "fabulous" or even "very good", more like an "alright breakfast". The neighborhood is uninspiring and getting to the parking took us a couple of tries

Rooms was good cleaned, breakfast is well prepared and is in international acceptable level. Bathroom was clean as well, I do prefer to stay here in every my trip to Würzburg.

In new part of building, in new rooms mini frig is missing, I think is important , as far as I remember in old part of the hotel all rooms exist mini frig.

Just an overnight stop really, but we had connecting rooms for my son, and the breakfast was really excellent for a relatively low price out of the city. We liked Würzburg too, small enough to discover in a short time but cool too

Very close to the Motorway 3, the balcony. Mr Herald was very kind and helpfull. He gave me a tip about the way to walk with my dog, to the town center, by the river. I came back by train, line 5, stop in opposite the hotel. This morning, surprise: Herald cleaned my car glasses from the snow, a really kind gentleman! Thank you Sure, I will be back here

A little bit more comfortable chair and more space to use my laptop, but nothing really bother me!

Great location, very good family room. Kids loved the comfy bunkbeds with own lights. Cool feature. Good bathroom with rainshower.

The hallways smell a bit old, the carpet on the floor could be replaced with something else that’s easy to clean.
