Very good stay, the surrounding neighbourhoods, size of rooms and balcony, parking lot, everything was very nice. Walking distance to both the University and the downtown, quiet villa district. Good choice indeed. I would like to use this hotel again once I go to Wurzburg. Vielen dank!

The furniture and other equippement is a little bit aged (80-90s?), but solid and working well. Do not worry about it, very comfortable rooms.

Quite rooms, not far from the center city, 10 minutes walk to the Residence. The room has everything you need and includes a small kitchen. Oh the kitchen in our room was way too small. It was good that we traveled with another couple, they had a normal size kitchen, we cooked breakfast in their kitchen. There is no way to operate in our kitchen, you literally can't fit in there.

The place is comfortable to stay in. Spacious enough for 3 of us. It has the facilities that meet our requirement, The bedding is nice to sleep on. The place is quiet so we had a good rest. Definitely enjoy our stay.

It would be better if there is a sponge to wash dishes, for those who used the kitchen. Otherwise all is good

Clean and everything you need for a good night's sleep. Love having a little kitchenette in my room! Also, the family bakery at the end of the street had some excellent breakfast.

A little noisy - I could hear the people next to me having a wonderful holiday together. Lovely for them, but not very nice if you're attending a conference.

Price on Booking.com is much higher than booking on their website. When i asked about it, the price was not matched though. The bathroom is hard to navigate with mobility issues (boot for torn ligaments). The space between shower, sink, and toilet is very tight. Wish i had known, the pictures make it look much bigger. And this was already an apartment for two actually. This might work well for young couples/ students, but maybe not so well for others. But it's good for one person.

Quiet location. 1-2 minutes from bus stop. Buses are every 20 mins or so. Have to factor that into any timing. Worth getting a day travel card.

I was OK with the property for my short stay.

The lady who met us and gave the keys was friendly. It's about 20-30minutes walk into town or bus stop is just around the corner which takes as much time as walking. The room was clean and bed/pillows comfortable. There's a kitchenette with fridge. Enough cutlery & crockery, a pot and a pan to make simple meals.

We are aware It is a studio apartment when we booked it, so it's not because we dont like it. It's a bit tight inside the room but thank goodness for the balcony with tables and chairs outside, it gave us additional space.
