The property is located on a hill, 10 minutes walk to the beach. Staff were wonderful, both at the reception and the dining facilities. Drinks available over the entire day and in the evening, both cold and hot. Food variety very good. Rooms clean and spacious.

The mattress in a twin double room was way too hard. Noise from loud guests in the middle of one night.

The hotel is clean. The staff at the restaurant and bar are very kind. There is a bus stop near the hotel to hersosinos, malia and herkalion. We had a terrace with sea view. The room is big. Twice a week there is a Cretan show with a singer and 2 players.

The receptionist that cut my all inclusive bracelet before lunch we deserved since on check in we have missed lunch and prohibited us to drink there alcoholic beverages. The food was fat with only pork dishes on the meat buffet. Very limited cocktails selection. NO Kettle in the room. The beach is quite far. I

They wrote that dining is open to 14:30 but 14:30 they start taking the food off... They must write is open to 14:00 and buffet close 14:30 so there won't be not nice situations

The hotel offers one of the best sea views in Stalida, and the pool area is magnificent with plenty of available sunbeds, so finding a spot is always easy. The staff are very friendly, the location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the beach—and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi works well in the rooms, and overall, the hotel is very easy to access.

On the downside, the food could have been more varied and delicious, so we sometimes chose to eat outside. The evening entertainment was not very enjoyable. There was no simple door sign (“Do Not Disturb / Please Clean”), so I was often interrupted by cleaning staff while resting. Only one room key is provided, which can be inconvenient. Wi-Fi in the common areas is weak. Despite these minor issues, for the price, this is a very good option and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Stalida.

We were very thankful to the staff finding possibility for us to prolong our checkout time (we had late evening flight), although the hotel was quite fully booked. Our room was quiet, private, air condotioner kept room temperature nicely cool (while 30 degrees outside). Loved all the meals especially the choice of delicious vegan food (though I am not vegeterian). Plenty of space in pool area for sunbathing.. We have been there for 8 times and will come back again.

I was wondering if the plastic waste is (could be) recycled specifically (if it could be supported for example reusing the same cup where possible)

I traveled with two teenagers and had no high expectations because the hotel only had three stars. I was very surprised by the service and the room we got. The service at the reception was excellent, the room was spacious with a lovely view, the food was very good, and the service - excellent. The hotel was great for the price!

There was nothing about the hotel that I didn't like.

The place is hilly and tourists must say when they are booking that they have problems with walking - that was my case but staff was great to allocate my apartment on lower level to safe my legs n heart. Also it should be organised pick up n down to main road as it’s some walking distance to bus n hard especially in heat to walk. Seaside is far to reach to so that should be help too for it unless you have a car. I was ok with pools though

Everything was wonderful. The staff were AMAZING! Nikos was great in checking us in and making sure we were comfortable. I had a small accident and Eva was so helpful. She really made me feel as if I were speaking with my mom and she took care of me as if I were her own.

Sadly the bed was quite uncomfortable. My husband and I woke up every day with a strong backache. Even in the night, at times, it was painful to roll over. 😖😣😩

The breakfast was very good. There was an excellent range of choice. The dining room was clean and bright and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The plastic paper cups too hot to carry back to table and very bad for environment. It would be a vast improvement to have China mugs/cups and teaspoons. The plates are china and the cutlery is steel not balsa wood sticks, which is more waste.
