• Excellent staff and customer service (especially Chara) • Wonderful room with a patio to walk right to the pool loungers • Good variety for breakfast • Hairdryer, iron and good straighteners in the room • Beautifully relaxing hotel • Delicious food from the pool bar (see pic) • Good fitness facility with dumbbells and most the machines you might need. • 5min walk to the bus stop into Fira town (cheap and very convenient) - at the time of travel I found this site the easiest and most accurate to navigate: https://santorinibus.com - From Kamari you don’t really need to get a taxi unless going into local towns like Perissa or Monolithos. - all buses (our style coaches) run to and from Fira (rather than between resorts) for under €2 each - I didn’t find the drivers/conductors as bad as the reviews made out, although I went out of season which was quiet but still great weather. Kamari is a nice beach town with plenty of restaurants and shops. A trip to Fira, Oia and Ammoudi Bay (Sunset) is a must (if you can navigate the steps/ or take a taxi).

It was wonderful.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Everybody is always so incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel feels super luxurious, breakfast is absolutely amazing, beds are more comfortable than my bed at home, pool is also perfect! Room was spotless. Just all in all a wonderful experience. Also there are lots of restaurants nearby, so lots of options to choose from! Usually we never visit the same place multiple times, but if we ever go to Santorini again, will definitely come back here!

The only downside was that there are not enough sunbeds around the pool, so some people will try to reserve one. The hotel tries to stop this, but it still happens. That can be a bit annoying if you wanna sleep in and go to the pool later, because there is no more space then.

Everything, as it was my first time experiencing here at the hotel. I'll start when I first check in. The lady was very nice and warm welcoming her name was Xara, she always has a smile on her face. Offered me a free upgrade on my room with a jacuzzi. Was unexpected, but I loved it knowing I got given a better room than what I booked originally. All other staff are amazing, welcoming, smiles, and greeting. Nothing was too much for them. Housekeeper Maria is very nice and has a nice smile. Nothing was too much for her. She always helped out. Monica, the chef, made great food. Food was exceptional, warm welcoming, and smile on her face. Overall, my was fantastic, I will definitely stay again and highly recommend others to stay here. 5 ⭐️s

Nothing at all. Everything was brilliant

The most amazing stay we could ask for, every little detail was accounted for. The breakfast was 11/10, so much variety and no hotel is going to live up to the selection, taste and just overall experience. Location in Kamari was superb and close to everything, we had the most amazing time and we couldn't speak highly enough of it. The staff were so welcoming and warm to us throughout the stay, constantly going above and beyond for us. My only negative is the pillows were a little too soft which sums up our whole trip if thats the only thing I can find wrong.

The staff were helpful and very friendly, the perfect amount of customer service. The room we stayed in was fabulous, spacious and very comfortable. Great breakfast, plenty of choice, fresh and delicious. Lovely pool and fitness facilities. Great location to explore the island from and away from the busy port side of the island Loads of local restaurants to enjoy.

The restaurant was difficult to book. However the resort has loads of choices within a 5 minute walk. The pool loungers get filled up very early. Bar is overpriced considering how well priced most local restaurants were.

The property is as described in the photos. They were kind enough to give me an upgrade after check in took forever. It has a peaceful ambiance and it’s a beautiful location. Good value for money.

I was overcharged! They reported that I used stuff from the minibar and that they arranged a taxi for me from the airport when I didn’t even come from the airport. I disputed the charges and after a long debate and me running the chance of missing my flight he agreed to drop both charges. But when I tapped my card I realized I was tricked and only one of two charges were removed. This was absolutely ridiculous!

Amazing resort would highly recommend - beautifully designed, relaxing and immaculately clean. All the staff were very helpful, breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed every second of staying here. We can’t wait to come back!

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like as it’s an incredible resort I would highly recommend but some advice for management is: - bigger umbrellas by the pool to create more shade. it’s great if you want to lay in the sun all day but in order to get shade we had to move our sun shade around constantly when at the pool bed. Also would be great to have an umbrella option if you want it by the day beds next to our room. - consider installing big refillable bottles in the shower and by sink for soap, shampoo etc. at the moment little bottles are provided which it’s easy to get through quickly and it’s not good for the environment with all the plastic bottles. Plus would mean guests don’t run out as quickly!

There is nothing to fault. It was beautifully clean, the staff were wonderfully attentive at the right level. It was comfortable, had everything we needed, including smaller details like hair straighteners in the room, full toiletries and even an umbrella should it have been needed….but thankfully not! The food was excellent and fresh.

If I had to find a negative, we were there right at the end of their season and they had run out of some wines on their wine list…..minor issue as they always had an alternative ☺️

Huge room,comfortable bed,very strong air con(needed!),good wifi,comprehensive breakfast,one minute walk to lovely Kamari beach,front desk arranges taxis and transportation. I've heard it said that Kamari is the " economy side of Santorini"-yet this luxury designer hotel is at the top level of any European hotel.

It is a good 30-45 minute drive($50USD+) to Oia.

All of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. A big thanks to Tonia and Angelo in the restaurant for treating us so well at every breakfast time.

The hotel is exceptional. There are a few very minor things that I think I'd share as constructive comments:- No where to hang towels in wash area of room Bath plug in centre of bath so you sit on it and let the water out AC was very efficient but constantly cycled throughout the night, very cold, then warm, then cold More hangers needed in wardrobes Safe in hardest position to get to several times a day None of these will spoil your stay though
