After our stay at the hotel, we cannot imagine a better experience than the one provided by Strogili Hotel, and above all, its staff. Here, I cannot fail to mention not only the irreplaceable service and the best drinks of our lives, but above all, the company of bartender Giannis. Both my boyfriend and I can say that the conversations and laughter with Giannis were one of the best parts of our trip. Thanks to this, we are returning from the hotel not only incredibly rested and satisfied, but also with joy in our hearts, because Giannis became our friend during this trip, whom we will certainly never forget. We must also mention the incredibly friendly manager Giannis, who also often kept us very pleasant company and provided irreplaceable help in every situation. Manager Giannis recommended the best restaurants on the entire island to us, thanks to which we had the opportunity to eat at the best places. The hotel simply would not have been the same and the impression would never have been so good if it weren't for these two gentlemen. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything! In addition, I recommend this place because of its incredibly professional approach to customers, fulfilling every request and even the smallest expectation. The hotel made reservations for us at the most beautiful restaurants in Santorini, and we were delighted from the very first days of our stay. Beautiful, clean rooms, wonderful swimming pools, both public and private, friendly staff, beautiful palm trees and plants around the hotel, very good breakfasts. We also can't forget to mention the hotel's awesome location, super close to the main promenade, beach, and bus stop. Being able to get everywhere nearby was really important during our stay. My boyfriend Domenic and I really couldn't have imagined a better stay.

The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is very clean, with excellent daily room cleaning service. The pool and sunbeds are comfortable, and the pool bar is open all day until late evening, offering a great selection of drinks, cocktails, and food. There are plenty of great cafés and restaurants just a 5-minute walk away if you prefer a café-style breakfast at an affordable price. The hotel makes it easy to enjoy all amenities, you can store your bags at reception before check-in or after check-out and still use the pool and other facilities. The bus stop to Fira is only a 5-minute walk, and there are two free car parks nearby if you have a rental car. It’s also close to the airport (10-15 minutes by taxi, which the hotel can help arrange). The area is quiet both day and night, apart from the occasional plane which isn’t an issue. The waterfront with cafés and restaurants is just a 2-minute walk away. As it’s adults-only, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing, perfect for couples or friends wanting a peaceful getaway. We would definitely come back; it’s worth paying a little extra for the experience!

The pool gets busy quickly, so it’s best to go earlier to secure a good spot, as some guests reserve sunbeds for hours despite the signs. Breakfast was okay, but the coffee machine in the buffet area wasn’t great, we preferred getting proper coffee from the pool bar, though it’s paid separately. Breakfast is also better earlier in the morning, as food runs out and is not replenished much later on.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. Everything was beautifully maintained, clean, and very pleasant. The rooms were modern and comfortable, and we were even given a complimentary upgrade to a room with a private pool – a wonderful surprise. We felt relaxed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The staff was professional, friendly, and always ready to help. All areas of the hotel were kept impeccably clean. Breakfast was generous, offering a wide selection of dishes and fresh pastries, which we really appreciated. The location is also great – the beach is just a short walk away. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for high-quality accommodation and a memorable experience.

The staff made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. During our stay one of the team (young lady with long brown hair) gave us several great recommendations for places to go on our quad bike. The breakfast was simple but good, we had everything we needed. Overall the hotel is very clean and comfortable and peaceful. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a room with a private plunge pool which was LOVELY and meant no issue jostling for a sunbed around the pool. We did go to the main pool after we had been out for the day though and for a bed and a beer. Perfect.

The reception, breakfast, bar and cleaning staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and they are a credit to the hotel. Our suite was very clean and comfortable, with lovely cold air conditioning. The hotel itself is first class and its location is perfect for Kamari, as everything the town has to offer is within walking distance. The town's main bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and the bus will get you to the island capital Fira, which is the main hub for buses all around the island. There are also plenty of car, motorcycle, ATV and scooter rental options in and around Kamari, if you don't want to use the bus, which the hotel can provide info on if you need it. The hotel is a very short drive from the airport and they can arrange transfers for you if required. (they did this for us and it was faultless) Overall, I am glad we stayed in Kamari and i am very glad we chose the Strogili hotel

As has been mentioned in previous reviews, getting a sunbed around the main pool is a first come first served practice. There are simply many more rooms than sunbeds available. We didn't use the main pool ourselves, as we had one of the suites with a private plunge pool (which i would highly recommend). The only other thing of note is that planes landing at the airport fly directly over this end of Kamari and you can hear them throughout the day. This wasn't a problem for us, but may be for some.

The hotel in general was very clean, modern and had a very nice feel to it, and the location is perfect - close to the beach but not too near to the bars that it was ever noisy. The room was lovely (we got a given a free upgrade to a room with a small private pool which was amazing). The breakfast was very nice, with some traditional Greek options as well as all the usuals. The staff were very friendly and accommodating during our stay and made for a very nice relaxing holiday.

There was genuinely nothing I can complain about. We both loved our stay here and if we visit Kamari beach again, we will be staying here again!

Beautiful, close to the beach and bars and restaurants. Every member of staff was friendly and welcoming with excellent service. The cleanliness of the hotel is the best I’ve ever seen, and this is something I’m very particular about. Modern and well maintained.

I would say that breakfast could be improved slightly. There is minimal seating at busier times and the food wasn’t constantly replenished. There is also quite a lot of steps and no lifts etc though I think most places we visited during are stay are the same.

It was our second time staying at Strogili. It’s such a great place to stay in Kamari. The staff are super friendly and can’t do enough for you. We got upgraded to a private pool suite which is amazing and so private. The rooms are spacious and really comfy. We only stayed for 1 night and had to leave early, Dimos arranged for us to get breakfast boxes as we’d miss breakfast. The gyms also good with plenty of options to get a quick holiday workout In. Highly recommend booking this hotel. Can’t thank Dimos and the rest of the staff enough for our amazing stay.

The only negative was not being able to stay for longer.

The hotel was fantastic from start to finish. It is so close to everything, yet still so quiet and private, the perfect blend. We were upgraded on arrival and staff could not have been more accommodating during our stay. I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough.

Beautiful hotel. Love that it only has 49 rooms, made it feel more like a boutique hotel. Great facilities. And our junior suite with pool was gorgeous. Daily cleaning not only of our room but communal areas was very much noticed & appreciated.
