Stunning decor and location. Breakfast very good.

It was pricey and the extra cost was for the bells and whistles ( too much attention to booking you in with cocktail’s/soft drink and being escorted to your room to show you all the buttons to press in room/bathroom) We would have stayed passed our daughters wedding and finished our stay at the Mimosa Beach hotel Argasi which was equally excellent at a much lower cost

Every day, there was an extensive breakfast buffet. Additionally, there was the option to order cappuccinos (besides coffee, tea, and cold drinks). I have to admit that I sometimes found the breakfast a bit monotonous and repetitive. Some items were displayed with the buffet one day and not the next (like the baklava, which I found disappointing). Overall, we had a decent breakfast, but I would have appreciated a bit more variety, apart from the unhealthy options like beans, bacon, etc.

I had requested a quiet room well in advance in the special requests section. Upon arrival, we discovered that we had been placed in a connecting room, which meant we could hear everything our neighbors were doing (especially when they were being intimate, which we found quite uncomfortable). We brought this to the reception's attention, and the issue was resolved. The staff exceeded our expectations by giving us a very spacious and quiet room, but we did have to stay in the original room for two nights before this could be arranged.

The staff were fantastic, from the moment we arrived they were friendly and extremely helpful. They were very accommodating even though we were only staying for one night.

All staff were very friendly. Especially Aida, looked after us every day!

There was a leak in the bathroom. Also electricity kept disappearing. We were there for a hen party, it was 7 of us, we might not been the quietest but respected other guest. There was this couple who kept coming to us and telling us they were trying to get baby to sleep, first day ok, but other day they came around 8pm. It kind of annoyed us, they should have went to reception and asked for different room. It is not hotels fault, but it made the stay a bit down.

They say they have a Sun lounger policy that guests who put towels on Sun beds will have them removed if the lounger isn’t used within 90 mins, but it’s not enforced. We saw Sun loungers with towels on then but no one using them until 2pm, while guests who couldn’t find any had to leave the hotel to go to the beach. We complained to the front desk about this but nothing was done…. If the hotel enforced it the practice of people throwing towels on Sun beds at 8am would stop…. Only reason I didn’t give the hotel a 10.

There is an extensive buffet breakfast which is unusual for Greece. The staff were very friendly and obliging. The pool area is fantastic if that is what you are looking for in Greece. Tsilivi Beach is a short stroll and the beach has multiple beach bars which are serviced. Tsilivi itself was disappointing as the island has been overtaken by English tourists which has unfortunately changed the scenery and ambiance. If you want a more authentic Greek experience, I would recommend Vasilikos - better beaches and better tavernas to eat.

The prices for drinks around the pool area.

Overall we had a great experience. Very comfortable resort with lovely pools, pool bar, restaurants, and comfortable rooms. We spent a full day lounging at the resort and sitting by the pool and it was a really nice experience. The breakfast buffet was definitely a hit with our group too. The resort is a short 5-min walk to the beach, so that's a huge plus beyond the pool and onsite accommodations.

Some of the staff is a bit pushy or overly attentive. I think they're trying to provide the best experience, but it's not always helpful. In addition, we found that when we did need staff (like getting more drinks at the pool/coffee at breakfast) it took effort to get them to come over to us. So an inconsistent experience depending on where we were/what we were doing.

For the price you pay, this hotel is fabulous. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. The pools were fabulous. The pool bar and the restaurants were all great too, with lovely food and drink. However, the best thing about the hotel was the staff. From the receptionists, through to the cleaning staff, the bar staff and the catering staff - every one of them were great!

Check in was smooth and very welcoming. Excellent options at the buffet breakfast - all very tasty. Service was excellent. Spacious room and comfy beds. Rooms cleaned daily to a high standard. Always found a sun bed, pool area clean and pool staff were so friendly and attentive. Bar staff make the best drinks - try the Hugo and Mango Lemonade!!!

When we arrived they surprised us by telling us our room had been upgraded. The room was massive, and had everything in there that we could ask for. There was even a outdoor spa and we had a large balcony that viewed over the pool area. Our bed was super comfortable, and the room had lots of little additional things like conditioner and body lotion which was nice because a lot of the hotels we stayed in only supplied Shampoo. The facilities of the venue were amazing too, the pools looked very impressive, we just didn't get to test them as we had a very short stay in Zakynthos. The breakfast... WOW! It was one of my favourites for our Europe trip. I mean they had so much variety, and the crepe station!! Amazing. I don't think it could have been any better. Staff were very lovely and always pleasant to deal with - thank you for our incredible stay.

The hotel was a bit hard to find with google maps, but once we found it, we were all good. That we didn't stay longer haha!
