The breakfast selection was fine and the staff were very pleasant. The poolbar had a good selection of food and drinks! The pool itself was very well mantained and contained some floaties and beach balls to entertain yourself with. They cleaned the room every other day and changed the sheets plus the towels frequently too! The view from our room was very beautiful at all times in the day!

You were only able to order food at the hotel until 18.00, which was very early in our opinion compared to the local area. The free parking was appreaciated but was rather awkward. You either parked on a steep hill or on a rocky unmaintained back car park.

There were a number of cats living in reception. This was a problem for me as I am allergic to cats.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the staff we excellent both friendly and helpful, and couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect. Loved the pool and pool area, generally quiet no fighting for sun beds etc and nice size pool. We had everything we needed. There is quite a steep hill up to the property, we had read the reviews and were happy with this but if you struggle with walking this could potentially be a problem, and also quite a lot of steps around the property itself - for us no problem, but could be for some. We really enjoyed our stay, the location, the staff etc., and will definitely return. It was great value for money.

A bit more selection for breakfast, and keeping the food hot. The breakfast was ok, but quite limited. However did provide small selection of everything, ie hot cold food, meats & cheese, bread for toast and a small selection of pastries. One morning the hot food was cold. If you are a big breakfast person you would be a bit disappointed, we aren't so for us it was ok, but just something to keep in mind.

The pool was small but nice and cosy with a good view Our appartement was very good, good beds, a lot of space and big enough bathroom. 2 beds normal for our children 1 big king-size bed for us. Very clean. The cleaning staff super friendly and profi they get a 5*

Old furniture you could not open the doors Breakfast every day the same and the staff looked like policeman if we take something to go. We only wanted to take 4 minicroissants (really mini) for the kids to go

Kenna MacRae - I arrived at my room and instantly felt safe and comfortable. The room smelt lovely, fresh and clean with great air con. Cleaners were ways on the go cleaning and keeping the place neat and tidy. The pool area very well kept with plenty of sun loungers. If you are an animal lover you will love this hotel. Nothing nicer than being greeted by 2 happy dogs - staff and NIck the Owner were incredible. Thanks so much for everything. Shall definitely return.

Not the Hotel's fault but it is up a very steep hill. Wi-fi did not reach rooms. Breakfast was basic - nice fresh fruit may be an idea?

The view from the hotel and our balcony was lovely. Traditional décor throughout with plants, trees and bougainvillea. Nice pool with good pool bar serving food with a great view and lovely breakfast restaurant. Close to beach with beach bars and only a 10 minute walk to the central restaurants.

The restaurant wasn't open at night, it would have been nice to dine up there. Obviously a nice view comes with steps and slopes etc up to the hotel, which was fine for us but someone with walking difficulties or older would find it difficult though.

The property is a walk into the hustle and bustle and can be tiring coming back up the hill (I knew this before booking), the breakfast time-slot is limited at 8-10am, the quality of the food isn’t great (only had 1 meal and wasn’t tempted by the breakfast), no proper curtains - this was only an issue as we had a path in front of our room balcony

Fantastic view over Zante town and the sea. Rooms and hotel were immaculately clean, lovely pool area. Breakfast buffet was good. Close enough to walk to the town in 10 minutes and the beach in 5 minutes.

We were happy with everything. However, as others say, the hotel is on a hill and the two access slopes to walk up from the road to the hotel reception are very steep. We were OK with this, but some may struggle.

The location of this hotel is superb for me. The views across Tsilivi Bay are fantastic. The pool is lovely with sun beds and a snack bar with lovely attentive staff. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels and the sheets changed every second day!

The very steep slopes up to the hotel. This hotel is not suitable for people with walking difficulties / heart problems. Occasional “ drain “ smells.

the hill is a challenge, definitely not for elderly or infirm. I got to the stage I was counting how many more times I needed to climb it. it's the only thing that would stop me going back
