The View was beautiful

There were a number of cats living in reception. This was a problem for me as I am allergic to cats.

Kenna MacRae - I arrived at my room and instantly felt safe and comfortable. The room smelt lovely, fresh and clean with great air con. Cleaners were ways on the go cleaning and keeping the place neat and tidy. The pool area very well kept with plenty of sun loungers. If you are an animal lover you will love this hotel. Nothing nicer than being greeted by 2 happy dogs - staff and NIck the Owner were incredible. Thanks so much for everything. Shall definitely return.

Not the Hotel's fault but it is up a very steep hill. Wi-fi did not reach rooms. Breakfast was basic - nice fresh fruit may be an idea?

The view from the hotel and our balcony was lovely. Traditional décor throughout with plants, trees and bougainvillea. Nice pool with good pool bar serving food with a great view and lovely breakfast restaurant. Close to beach with beach bars and only a 10 minute walk to the central restaurants.

The restaurant wasn't open at night, it would have been nice to dine up there. Obviously a nice view comes with steps and slopes etc up to the hotel, which was fine for us but someone with walking difficulties or older would find it difficult though.

The property is a walk into the hustle and bustle and can be tiring coming back up the hill (I knew this before booking), the breakfast time-slot is limited at 8-10am, the quality of the food isn’t great (only had 1 meal and wasn’t tempted by the breakfast), no proper curtains - this was only an issue as we had a path in front of our room balcony

Fantastic view over Zante town and the sea. Rooms and hotel were immaculately clean, lovely pool area. Breakfast buffet was good. Close enough to walk to the town in 10 minutes and the beach in 5 minutes.

We were happy with everything. However, as others say, the hotel is on a hill and the two access slopes to walk up from the road to the hotel reception are very steep. We were OK with this, but some may struggle.

The location of this hotel is superb for me. The views across Tsilivi Bay are fantastic. The pool is lovely with sun beds and a snack bar with lovely attentive staff. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels and the sheets changed every second day!

The very steep slopes up to the hotel. This hotel is not suitable for people with walking difficulties / heart problems. Occasional “ drain “ smells.

the hill is a challenge, definitely not for elderly or infirm. I got to the stage I was counting how many more times I needed to climb it. it's the only thing that would stop me going back

Great property situated very close to the town, restaurant and beaches. A supermarket is directly outside the hotel. Rooms were cleaned very well. There is a slightly steep hill up to the hotel which is manageable, however the view from the hotel makes it worth the slight climb!

We felt the breakfast offer could have been better (e.g more continental offers) and the breakfast buffet system needs reorganising. In desperate need of a better toaster!

The hotel is clean and the view very nice. Even the swimming pool seems small at first look, is more than enough, and was not crowded at all. All the staff are very friendly especially Mary and her son from the bar. The food at the bar was very good. Amazing sandwiches, pasta, kebab, gyros. Restaurants and beaches are very close. I read the reviews about the stairs....it is not so bad.

The wall between the rooms is not up to the ceiling.

Hill was a bit steep to get to but we were fine with it but can see it being a problem for some. Carrying luggage up quite a few stone steps to room was also not easy, again we managed but could be a problem for some?
