Great location right next to the beach and staff were really friendly they were always available to help. The rooms were cleaned daily and all the facilities were decently maintained overall for what we paid it was great nothing exceptional about it but we didn’t pay an exceptional price. Great value for money.

Some of the facilities hadn’t been maintained properly most notably the showers always flooded due to the drains being partially blocked, leaving the bathroom floor soaked. When we arrived we’d booked a double bed bout we were given twin beds pushed together eventually our room was changed but not straight away which was disappointing.

Every person working at this hotel was very nice and helpful. Very clean and tidy in all areas. We had a very late flight, so despite the check-out time and the fact that our room had already been cleaned, we were given the key back to our room so that we could easily wait for our flight. One of the best hotels I have ever been to.

It is a pity that there was no English-language program on TV

Magnificent breakfast, lovely and helpful staff. The streets were a little dirty, but the hotel was well maintained and clean. The sea was only 2 minutes on foot, and you could see right from the window. Recommend it to everybody.

Only thing I missed was a hair dryer, since we travelled with a cabin bag only and couldn't bring our own.

This property have a very kind stuff and some of them deserve the golden price for the best service ever . For me ,panagiotis maroudas the night auditor and the receptionist from zakynthos ,Mrs Anna( I think this is her name ,I m not referring to the girl from Australia) ,These 2 people are offering a golden service in the greek tourism. They are kind ,polite to us,they have offered the best service possible and during our stay they tried to help us the best way they could. Mrs Anna (the receptionist)and panagiotis belong for sure in the golden pages of tourism...lucky of them who have them. The breakfast was splendid ,rich,including a wide variety of morning goods...the place lagana is like in heaven.... So wonderful turtles to see.... An island for lovers.. The facilities of the property are wonderful....a great piscine ...and great stuff...and a great room... Bravo and thank u Sorry for this delay review Marios and philippos

Zakynthos is heaven....nothing negative

The staff was very welcoming and friendly, they helped with booking trips and even offered a complimentary trip when one of our booked trips was postponed. Had my birthday while on the trip, and the staff organized a surprise birthday gift, a cake and sparkling wine waiting in the hotel room on the day. Loved that the hotel is close to the beach, pool area was also great, and the breakfast was delicious.

Sometimes noisy in the night because of the tavern across the street, and in the mornings from the hotel lobby.

Super pretty, chic and the breakfast was delicious! And Demitra the receptionist was honestly the best and very helpful. I got upgraded for free and had my own pool it was so lush. Would recommend. Location super convenient as well with a convenience store a 1/2 min walk away and the beach a few minutes down and the strip was also not too far.

- The hotel's location is absolutely perfect - really near to Laganas beach which we love because of turtles. - Rooms are big and cleaned every day with new fresh towels. - The hotel staff is fantastic!!! Those people are great, nice and helpful in every direction. We really enjoyed to talk with them although they was working all the time. I am not quite sure when they are sleeping. I would like to thank them all once again!!

Amazing location, directly on the best beach on the whole island! Everything is at your fingertips, shops, restaurants, clubs, and at the same time you can hear the waves at night - very magical! Our room was modern, clean, had everything we needed and to top it all we had the incredible pleasure of enjoying a large private pool on our own terrace! How cool is that!!! The breakfast was varied, rich and very tasty 10 out of 10! I want to give a special thanks to Grigori, he was the best host, he helped us a lot!

Everything was wonderful!

Big rooms all with balcony’s, have everything you need including a bar by the pool and lots of sun beds. Access to the beach and the strip within 3 minute walks very convenient

The breakfast isn’t the nicest and the shower tended to flood a little bit.
