Best hotel in Zakynthos. Absolutely loved our stay! The room was beautiful with a pool, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was outstanding. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, making it a truly relaxing experience. Highly recommended!

The hotel itself is just gorgeous. The layout, decor and finish of everything was superb, from the herb and vegetable garden to the pool areas. The food was wonderful and the staff very helpful, they couldn't do enough for you. Sparkling wine and a personal welcome at check in, incredible views, and fragrant flowers and herbs planted everywhere.

Tap water wasn't potable and only one bottle of water a day was provided by housekeeping, so drinking water needed to be purchased separately. The shower water temperature wasn't consistent. The room (signature suite with sea views and private pool) wasn't soundproofed due to a locked adjoining door to the next room. We could actually hear our neighbours snoring!

I rarely write reviews, but after our wonderful experience at Lesante Cape, I felt it deserved a few words of appreciation. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and attentive — the staff went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible, always with a smile and a willingness to help. The rooms were modern, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean — offering both comfort and style. We dined at several of the on-site restaurants and were consistently impressed by the quality of the food. Each meal felt thoughtfully prepared, with fresh ingredients and local touches that made every bite special. The pool area was a particular highlight — serene, well-maintained, and never overcrowded. Although the beach access is relatively small, the snorkeling right off the shore was fantastic. We were lucky enough to spot a large turtle just 50 meters from the beach — a magical moment we won’t soon forget. We also took one of the yacht tours organized by the hotel — an absolute must. The views, the experience, and the overall service on board were simply stunning and added an extra layer of magic to our holiday.

The only downside — and it’s a notable one — is the price. It is indeed a high-end, premium experience, and the cost reflects that. But if budget isn’t your main concern, Lesante Cape offers an exceptional and luxurious escape that’s hard to match.

For a relaxing stay where you have everything at your fingertips, it was amazing. I always felt safe and never alone. I only left to go on tours which was perfect for me as solo person travelling.

So the location is a bit out and you really need a car to get anywhere so it depends what your preference is. I didn’t have a car which was fine for me. Only other thing is - they painted a ledge in my room and then put my suitcase on the wet paint. While they did one side they didn’t really do an all over job of getting the paint off. The light didn’t work on my bedside. While these things didn’t spoil the trip, I’d maybe just expect more because of the property.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Lesante Cape - it’s clear the staff takes pride in creating a personalised and memorable guest experience and despite being at 90% occupancy during my stay, the hotel felt remarkably peaceful. One of the standout features was Bostani’s farm to table concept, offering dishes with an emphasis on ingredients produced at the hotel. Every element of my stay exceeded expectations and I look forward to returning soon.

Beautiful venue, rooms were amazing. Perfect holiday for us with our brand new baby. Super food and interesting mix of restaurants and places for drinks. Views and pool setting were stunning.

My only minor comment would be sometimes the pastries at breakfast weren’t as fresh as they could have been but that was only in comparison to how delicious they were when they were fresh.

Beautiful layout and we had our own pool which was very luxurious but made the holiday really special. Housekeeping was absolutely outstanding with towels refreshed daily. Minibar checked daily - you could ask for changes - nothing was too much trouble. Three (main)pools were fabulous too. Plenty of sun loungers where bar staff were on hand to serve (George, Daphne and Georgia were all amazing - friendly, always pleased to welcome and serve you).

Nothing not to like! It’s new, extremely well maintained. Offers total relaxation if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday. Breakfast choice was incredibly, with a lovely menu for something cooked, as well as extensive buffet choice. Restaurant staff were incredibly - the Manager (Nefeli) ran the whole operation like clockwork, all of waiting staff were very friendly, smiley, welcoming - just amazing. Totally faultless.

During our stay at this hotel, we were consistently impressed with the level of service and professionalism displayed by the entire staff. From the management team to the dedicated cleaning personnel, each member contributed to an atmosphere of excellence and hospitality. The facilities stood out as top-tier, and while the immediate coastal area might not have presented the expected white rocks and sandy vistas, the hotel's pool facilities compensated impressively. The emphasis on cleanliness was evident throughout, ensuring our stay was both comfortable and refreshing. We highly recommend this establishment to discerning travelers.

The hotel was newer then I expected as when we arrived we were told it had only been open around a month. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, our room was very spacious and clean, used the private pool a lot because it was a good temperature and always clean. Also used the main pool, the view out is amazing and the service by the pool for towels, drinks and food is great too. Loved the breakfast! Buffet and a la carte was included. Ate at the restaurant by the pool a few times and the food was really good. All the staff were friendly. Had a really enjoyable stay!

We had booked in advance an airport pick up and it wasn't there when we arrived so we ended up just catching another taxi ourselves. Not sure what happened there. We had asked for a takeaway breakfast to be organised the night before we had an early start for a boat day out, the morning of we went to pick it up at the planned time and even waited 20 more minutes, making us a little late for our boat trip but the promised breakfast never came which was really disappointing. We had to leave to get to the port and couldn't wait any longer over time. It seems theres some mis-communication about.

Incredible. The best hotel we've ever stayed in. Everything is well thought out. Impeccable service, with unspeakable kindness. Worthy of a 6th star.
