Very clean, well looked after family feel hotel. Young Yanny looked after us and all guest from the second you walk in till the second you leave. Anything you want need hes onit. We hired a care and he had it all sorted and was dropped and picked up from hotel in minuets and no issues. Breakfast was homemade. Lunch was delicious and reasonably priced. Cocktails was 10/10. Pool had beds at all times. Beanbags was so comfy i fell asleep. Room had a sea view and the town was a 15 min beautiful scenic walk away. If your looking for a small chilled getaway this is the place to stay. You wont regret it

Nothing we really enjoyed everything

We stayed 5 nights and had a lovely time. The room is spacious and comfortable, all the proper amenities are already offered and the view from our room was beautiful. The breakfast has variety & quality and differs every day. The pool was always clean and properly prepared with umbrellas and sun-beds. The location was up to our convenience, since it is really close to the places of our interest and just as far from the noise of the centre of Tsilivi. Last but not least, Giannis (Jr) was so helpful and always happy to assist in every way. The housekeeping was great too. Thumps up for the good work, we are definitely visiting again in the future.

Everything was lovely!

Breathtaking view from the balcony on the first floor, delicious and various breakfast at the open terrace. Easy to access with car, you can find shaded parking lots. Quiet area, the nearby road is not too busy. We didn't try the pool area but it is well-equipped and perfect for relaxing. The room was convenient, every facility worked as expected, it was cleaned daily.

The location was great with lovely views on quiet part of town Yannis was so helpful throughout the stay and nothing was too much trouble. It was so ciean and our room was tidied and clean towels every day Breakfast was just right with good choice and lovely soft music playing , Yannis works very hard to make sure everyone has the same great service

Everything from the moment I stepped out of the taxi was superb. Such a warm welcome, a spotless apartment, a lovely good-sized balcony with a sea view, a delicious breakfast (everything you could possibly want - freshly squeezed orange juice 😋) Even a shower room for your last day so you can go home fresh! Perfect oasis for resting and relaxing. Couldn't wish for more. Thank you Yiannis!

Not that I didn't like it but need transport. I found some apartments that had an evening restaurant just 7 mins up the road for dinner so all fine.

The staff was great, very helpful and friendly. They gave us useful advice about local beaches and attractions. Good property location (20 minutes walk to Tsilivi center and only 10 minutes - by car - from the airport. Enough parking spaces. Very clean pool with warm water. Fresh orange juice every morning for breakfast. Confortable large double bed, clean and modern room. Complimentary bottle of water and bathing products (only for arrival, not for the whole stay).

The shower cabin is right in the room and the water gets outside, on the floor, but it’s something we fixed with a little extra attention and a foot towel. The pillows are too hard for our taste, but this is just a personal preference. Breakfast is good & fresh and the orange juice is a nice touch, but after a few days it gets a little boring and it could be more diversified

The cleanest place Ive been, every day starts with complete cleanup not just of the rooms, but the whole Area. The personal and the owner are very kind and helpfull. IT has a nice bar at the pool,where you can buy drinks, snacks, but also eat. The breakfast was delicious classic breakfast common for the Island. They can also help you with the tourist attractions.

The bathroom IS very small and the shower ha no wall or doors

The property itself is so beautiful, the location is stunning, it has a very welcoming feeling due to it not beinh a big hotel. The staff feels like a family and the vibe allover is just incredible. The owner even arranged a car hire for us, the agency brought the car to the property, we didn't need to do much ourselves, it was a perfect vacation and i would highly recommend staying here. What i also liked very much was the fact that at the time of our stay there were no families with small children (it felt super relaxing) so the pool was always available, also enough sunbeds for everyone and there were floaties and balls in the pool so we could also play and chill if we wanted to. But otherwise the place seems also great for families. The staff made sure we had a great time :)

The room was clean and smelled nice. The housekeeping ladies came every day and cleaned the bathroom thoroughly as well as the rest of the room. ☺️The view from the terrace was gorgeous. The guys at the reception were friendly and helped us with every question we had. Big like! 🙌🏼We hope to come back someday.

The location is perfect, near Tsilivi beach and 20-30 minutes from popular beaches in Zakynthos. The breakfast was simple, but delicious, with homemade sweets and marmelades, fresh bread, eggs, vegetables and feta. You can buy homemade extra virgin olive oil made by Yannis, our host. The stuff was very friendly and we felt like home here.
