Breakfast was included, and I have to say it was plentiful and offered a wide variety of options for everyone. The lady in charge of breakfast was absolutely wonderful – kind, sociable, and very attentive, she really made mornings feel special. The lady at the bar was just as friendly and cheerful, which created a warm and welcoming vibe. Overall, the entire staff deserves the highest praise – always smiling, helpful, and communicative, they truly make sure you don’t have to worry about a thing during your vacation. For the staff, I’d give 5 stars without hesitation.

The rooms are decent overall, but the beds are definitely a downside – they’re not single beds, they squeak, and move around way too much, which can get annoying when you’re trying to rest. Other than that, the room is fine, nothing out of the ordinary. Another drawback is the Wi-Fi connection: it’s quite weak and only really works properly near the pool or the restaurant. In the rooms, the signal is very poor, almost unusable, which makes it impossible to work or do anything that requires stable internet. It would really help if coverage was improved across the entire hotel area.

The hotel was cozy, clean, and surrounded by lush greenery, which created a very relaxing atmosphere. The water in the pool was crystal clear and beautiful, and we enjoyed the scenic view from our balcony. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was also nice to have floating mattresses available in the pool. The presence of Wi-Fi and parking was convenient, and overall, the place was peaceful and quiet. We especially appreciated the live music in the evenings. Everything was well-organized and smooth throughout our stay.

The Wi-Fi signal was weak in some of the more distant bungalows, which made it hard to stay connected. The bed was another downside—it was actually two single beds pushed together, which made it uncomfortable for two people to sleep on. Additionally, breakfast was quite repetitive and lacked variety, so it became boring after a few days. It also wasn’t particularly tasty. The rooms themselves were quite basic, though we understand that’s typical for hotels of this type on the island.

A beautiful & cozy hotel with hard working & nice staff. A special thanks to Manager Spiros, who arranged so I could stay one more night in the same Room, and to Daria at the Reception who offered me this quiet and calm room upstairs. My neighbors were also calm and it was overall a very peaceful spot. Thank you so much for this Functional & Clean Room! A special thanks also to dear Anna for her great service at the Restaurant and around the Pool area! Thanks also to the rest of the Staff at this Hotel, of course! The Pool in itself was Lovely!

The Wi-Fi connection wasn't always working properly. Some annoying guests around the Pool area, staring, being inappropriate/loud/immature - regardless of gender. Although, that this was/is an Adults Only Hotel. It is a fact that there will always be stupid and irrelevant types here and there, who can't and don't want to behave properly. This is their destructive and desperate "way" of begging for attention - to feel "important" on others expense. The breakfast was included, but I prefer not to - because it is usually crowded. And I am not a big fan of tight and crowded places. It is very uncomfortable to have strangers close to your body/face etc., surely pleasant for them. But, not for me. There were also bees flying around during Breakfast, which was very annoying.

Very warm and friendly staff. Especially the girls at the reception who are willing to answer to all of our questions about boat trips, renting a car or even make a plan to visit all the greatest beaches in Zakinthos

a spotlessly clean hotel with very friendly and efficient staff.The breakfast was excellent and set us up for day. The room had very comfortable beds and a good shower, although we did notice the water a little cooler in the morning. They have a private car park directly opposite the hotel and a mini market about 300m away. I have seen some comments re location but it is literally a stroll into the town.

advertised tea/coffee facilities in the rooms which we didn’t have,although I’m sure if we asked they would have provided.

What a fabulous hotel & staff, they made us feel very welcome & nothing was too much trouble. We’ve just got back from a fantastic two weeks holiday, would definitely book here again & recommend to family & friends. We used their taxi service & had the manager pick us up & return us to airport at a very competitive price. Before going on holiday here I messaged the hotel to ask if they could put us in rooms next to each as we went as a family & they did manage to do this. Rooms are very clean as is the hotel with housekeeper in every day. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice of food. I would definitely recommend if you have any problems while staying here with anything go to reception as the manager & staff will resolve it to the best of their ability with no fuss. We also had very good recommendations for restaurants from the manager who was always about the hotel to deal with things.

Started the holiday with a lovely welcome from the team at reception and was shown to my room for the week. The room was great, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable, great shower facilities and a lovely balcony to relax on in the evenings. The pool area is so well maintained with plenty of sun beds available and the pool bar has a fab selection of drinks and lunch items. Shoutout to all the amazing staff at Sunrise you are all so helpful and welcoming. The hotel is slightly outside the main hub of restaurants but I personally think it was perfect and enjoyed the short walk to the centre. Thank you for a brilliant, relaxing week.

Only a small point would be to have a full length mirror in rooms. Maybe improve the furniture in the reception area to give another area for guests to relax if needed and to give a wow first impression. These are only small points and do not take away from how lovely the hotel is.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful! Oksana was fabulous during our stay, really looking after us. The room was ideal for us , in close proximity to everything we needed! It was very clean and spacious! The minibus to the beach was great! Breakfast was delicious with a great variety to choose from! We loved our stay in Zante and will definitely be back to the Sunrise hotel! 😎😎😎😎😎😎

There was nothing we didn't like but could have done with a tallboy chest of drawers and/or shelves in the room, especially with three ladies sharing! And a couple of shelves in the bathroom would be great too! 👍👍👍👍😎😎

WeI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was exceptionally friendly and always greeted us with a smile. They were welcoming, non-discriminatory, and gay-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The private pool provided a perfect retreat with great privacy. Breakfasts were good, and the food and drinks were reasonably priced. The beds could be more comfortable, but overall, I highly recommend this hotel!. Plus, they have their own vehicle to pick you up from the airport, making the arrival stress-free. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff was polite and friendly, always ready to help. The room was clean and comfortable. There were towels available for the pool and also a shuttle service to the beach, which was very convenient. Breakfast was excellent — with a great variety and fresh products. There was a small issue in the room, something that could easily happen at home too, but we informed the reception and it was fixed immediately. We were very satisfied and would definitely come back!
