Overall, the hotel has a relaxed vibe.We were in the older block. The 2 bedroom appt we had was dated but had fantastic air conditioning and spotlessly clean,two great balconies,the biggest but firmest beds, and very quiet at night. The staff could not do enough for you ,when the wifi didn't work they gave us a booster for the room which worked great.Shout out to Dennis and Maria. The free shuttle bus to the beach was a real bonus. You didn't need to rush to get a sunbed each day,always plenty . The restaurant was adequate but very repetitive and not always a choice for kids.The quality of the food was good and the staff were wonderful. The bar served basic drinks till 11pm , with no daily cocktails or kids' cocktails, which would have been nice.Bar staff were great.

The hotel is a 15-20 min walk to town, and in the heat was hard work.The shuttle would have been good if it ran in evenings too. The restaurante need more variety and childrens options. The bar needs more variety too.The hotel needs more quality entertainment during the day and at night.

Fantastic amenities, great renovated comfortable room, pool facilities and restaurant and bars. We had a fantastic 4 days there with the all inclusive package that included all meals (changed daily) snacks and basic alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms and all amenities are super clean. Genuinely great hospitality experienced throughout our stay

Not much. If I had to be picky I’d say the safe usage should be included in the room package. If we didn’t have a car then the door lace is a little far to walk to the beach in peak heat

The food is exceptional here, you won't be disappointed. If you want extra comfort and quiet, and airco all hours, take the premium renovated room, they got comfy beds and it's all nicely renovated. Peaceful location , yet a small walk to Tsilivi town. Bus stop opposite. Parking.. the swimming pool is well maintained and spotless.staff are friendly, there are one or two miserable ones but 98% are super friendly and willing to help :)

Could include basic cocktails in the all inclusive, and a better wine now and again ..

Amazing, very clean. The staff was always friendly and eager to assist. We loved the food. Was amazing. We would go back just for the food:) the pool was very clean, they also offered transportation to close near by beaches.

The staff was wonderful, very welcoming and polite. A big bravo to the management for choosing such a polite staff. A very clean and very nice hotel. Quiet and very convenient location.

The staff was super friendly and willing to help, always smiling. The room was cleaned daily and also we got new towels everyday. The parking lot near the hotel was ideal. The food was delicious, everyday there was a different menu: a variation pf salads, cooked meals, pies, soups every evening etc.

The water was salted and we weren’t able to wash properly. You need to wash the salty water from the sea. I totally understand how water works on the island, but we were in different locations and the water was fine, not salted.

the superior room was very good. we loved the deckchairs and being easy access to the pool area. free will appreciated the free shuttle bus to the beach.

Couldn’t have late check out because we had a night flight. we were by the pool all day and nobody else checked into our room before we left.

Lovely small hotel exactly as expected. Staff all friendly and welcoming. Food choices were excellent . Communal areas clean , towels and bedding changed regularly.

Although we knew it was a good walk to Beach seemed further than anticipated but lovely walk. Only criticism would be restaurant space when busy very difficult to navigate between tables with plates of food space very cramped.

Breakfast was good. The general quality of food was good, but not great. We loved the country location.

There was no atmosphere in the restaurant in the evening. The lights were far too bright, bit like a waiting room. There was too much plastic being used for the drinks, reusable cups should be used.

The food is quite on the level. I enjoyed especially dinners All the employees were very friendly. I would like to thank Fabio and Dimitri. They have helped us tremendously during our 2 weeks stay at Filoxenia.

The location was a bit far from the beach. But it is not the problem if you have scooter. So: very minor thing.
