AT THAT TIME THE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL MANAGER OFFERED US VILLA AMARYLIS. EVERY TIME WE'RE SURPRISED WITH THE SERVICE, DRIVING US TO LIVE A MYTH. WE ENJOYD PLENDY OF FACILITIES , LIKE THE VERY HIGH SPEED WI-FI. WE COMBINE LASER AND WORK WITHOUT INTERNET PROBLEMS. EVERY MORNING WE ENJOYD BREAKFAST   AT NOYA RESTAURANT. THE BREAKFAST CATALOGE PROVIDED MANY OPTIONS MORE THAN ANY OTHER TIME. DISHIES AND PANCAKES BEYOND THE IMAGINATION. CAPPUCCINO, ESPRESSO, FREDDO CAPPUCCINO WHER AVAILABLE UNLIMITED. FRESH ORANGE JUICE ALSO PROVIDED AND THE  FRESH CROISSANT SMELL FROM  AWAY. FLORA , A MAN AND CLEO SERVED US WITH NO DELAYS. WE ENJOYED THE STUNNING VIEW FROM THE RESTAURANT MADE US FEELING SPOILED . THE  GROOM ABDUL TRANSFERED US TO OUR VILLA WITH ELECTRIC BUGGY. EVERYTHING CLEAN ,GIVING ATTENTION TO THE SMALLEST DETAIL. OUR MAID MIMOSA SPENT A LOT OF TIME CLEANING EVERYTHING CHANGING DAILY LINENS AND TOWELS. EVERY AFTERNOON WE ORDERED IN OUR VILLA ,SIGNATURE COCKTAILS MADE BY BARMAN PETROS. ROOM SERVICE WAS QUICK AND RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY. EVERY EVENING WE  VE VISITED NOYA  RESTAURANT AGAIN ,TASTING DIFFERENT DISHES FROM THE EXCELLENT CUISINE, PROVIDED BY THE RESORT. EXCELLENT QUALITY AND UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE. WE ENJOYED VERY MUCH LUNCH MUSIC, MADE THE ATMOSPHERE VERY EROTIC. I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE CONGRATULATIONS TO THE OWNER THE ADMIN AND THE MANAGER NARCIS  FOR THE HIGH STANDARDS HOSPITALITY OFFERED. WHEN WE ARRIVED THE MANAGER NARCIS AND THE REST OF THE RECEPTION STUFF WELCOMED US OFFERING A GLASS OF CHAMPAGNE AND DELICIOUS CANAPE. ELECTRIC BUGGY DROVE USTO OUR VILLA WHICH CALLED ORCHID. WE FOUND EVERYTHING WE NEEDED ,THE VILLA IS VERY WELL EQUIPPED, AND THE TV IS SMART ,OFFERING NETFLIX. EVERY MORNING MAINTENANCE AND MAIDS CLEAN  THE OUTSIDE AREAS UP. THEY CHANGE TOWERS AND LINENS DAILY. THE HOUSEKEEPER IS A FANTASTIC AND VERY PROFESSIONAL GIVING US THE FEELING OF A LUXURIOUS LIVING. WE ARE ORDER ONE DAY BREAKFAST IN OUR VILLA AND THE ROOM SERVICE WAS VERY WELL ORGANIZED AND VERY QUICK. ENGLISH BREAKFAST AND THE FRENCH BREAKFAST WHERE OUR FAVORITE S. IN THE EVENING WE'LL HAVE VISITED NOYA RESTAURANT AND WE ARE SURPRISED WITH THE SERVICE ,THE PROFESSIONAL STUFF AND HOW ORGANIZED IS. THE MEDITERRANEAN CUISINE IS A VERY POSITIVE POINT .THAT'S WHY WE HAVE TASTED DURING OUR STAYING MANY PLATES WITH DIFFERENT TASTES AND I HAVE TO SAY AT ALL ,WHERE VERY DELICIOUS ,VERY WELL COOKED AND THE WAITERS KEPT ALL THE RULES FOR PROFESSIONALL SERVICE. BARMAN PETROS CREATED VERY IMPRESSIVE COCKTAILS FOR US. SPYROS,AMAN ,LEO,AND MICHAEL MADE US VERY HAPPY WITH UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE REQUESTED. RESORTS LIKE SAINT JOHN IMPROVE THE TOURIST BUSINESS IN ZAKYNTHOS. THAT'S WHY WE WILL COME BACK AND WE RECOMMEND TO EVERYBODY TO VISIT THIS UNBELIEVABLE ,EXCITING ,PARADISE, RESORT.

We have stayed at st John resort ,Olive tree villa. The villa consisted by three bedrooms, three bathrooms ,kitchen and sitting area. Kitchen is very well equipped,. High speed Wi-Fi is available. We enjoy very much the smart TV, offering Netflix and many other possibilities. The outside area is really large with a very good size swimming pool. Maid Errica has done excellent job everyday, cleaning our rooms. The housekeeper mimosa has observed daily the smallest detail of interior and exterior area. The pool boy Tasos looked after daily our swimming pool. The view of the ionian sea is amazing and the green garden made us to feel like being in paradise. We have visited many times Noya restaurant and we enjoyed delicious choices of greek cuisine. All the waiters and general all the stuff of the restaurant are really polite persons and professionals. Made us to feel like home . Electric buggy transferred us anytime we wanted to the restaurant or the reception. The manager Narkis organized for us many activities like boat trip, Island tour. Reception,staff is always available and makes you to feel very comfortable and very welcome. General we are very impressed for the accommodation, the hospitality and the service. The resort deserves the five star, giving good value for money. It's recommended and definitely we will come back.

After having a week at st John's resort villa Hibiscus ,we came back home remembering all the good times had from zakynthos and our villa. Definitely all the facilities of st John's resort complete our expectations. Where can I start 1. When we arrived a very warm welcome by the manager Narkis made us immediately to feel like home. All the necessaryinformations has given to us in order to make our holidays Unforgettable. Electric buggy drove us to our villa. We surprised with the big size of the swimming pool and the stunning view to the ionian sea. Inside the villa provide three rooms with en suite bathrooms. Large size beds and very good quality amenities at the bathrooms. Cleaning was excellent giving attention to the smallest detail . Our cleaner Adelina change seats and towels daily. Maintenance has done a fantastic job around the pool keeping the water clean. Very high speed wi fi gave us the opportunity to work from our villa during our staying. Enjoy the privacy and the tranquility. 2. The other day we visited Noya restaurant. Breakfast is served a la carte as deserve for five star hotel. Various choices of breakfast are available like Greek breakfast, French breakfast. No your breakfast was our favorite. A lot of pancakes were available in different ways. The waiters are very professionals and the service was excellent, quick, made us to feel very exceptionals. Every night we visited the restaurant for dinner tasting different plates of Greek cuisine. All very well cooked and tasty. 3. The gym provided is really large enough, with many machines technogym. Very well organized. 4.the manager Narkis almost every day organized for us different excursions and rent a car facilities. After all I would say that we had a fantastic time at stJohn resort , we recommended and definitely we will come back the next year.

We "ve spent our holidays at st john resort.We actually enjoyed very high level facilities.The Villa was very well maintained and clean.The swimming pool is realy large,surrounded by an impressive garden.Sea view was amazing.Private parking was also very convenient.The high speed wi fi gave us the opportunity to combine work and leissure.The staff was very professional and helpfull.The first day we had breakfast in our room which was really rich and full.In the evening we visited NOYA restaurant which is in the middle of the resort and near by our villa.We tasted greek dishes and the prices were very reasonable.All the waiters were very professional and polite.I want to thank the manager Narcis ,the receptionist Georgi, the Housekeeper Maria and the rest of the staff that made us feel comfortable during our stay.The STJOHN RESORT is a real 5* Hotel ,giving high level to the Zakynthos tourism .We have booked already our next visit for August,and we recommend the hotel for 5* holidays.

Property was cleaned every day. Private entrance with private pool. Palm villa was entirely private which made our stay even better. Brilliant villa, brilliant holidays.

The kitchen was quite old would do with a new refurbished. Washing machine didn’t work well, stopped all the time in the middle of process. I’m talking about Palm Villa , the other villas might be ok.

We stayed at Saint John Carnation villa during Easter recess. The place is very well maintained. We really enjoyed the amazing view from our balcony along with a beautiful lawn. A big plus is the organisation of the place. The staff is really welcoming and keen on helping whenever needed. There is also parking spot for you to make your stay comfortable. Moreover, as we needed to work remotely the WiFi connection was a pleasant surprise. Last but not least, the place is really clean and the air conditioning highly comfortable. I certainly recommend you to give it a go to noya restaurant to taste the Mediterranean cuisine. I am looking forward to revisit Saint John soon!

Magnificent experience at a conveniently located hotel, close to the city and to the sea but away from traffic and noise. It was a perfect choice for us, as we are fond of privacy and quiet environment to relax on our vacation. The hotel is built on a small hill, with respect to the environment and is surrounded by olive trees and gardens. Each villa has its own large pool and a nice secluded garden ensuring privacy and a quiet stay. There is barbecue capability for those that want to cook their own dinner. The villas are fully equipped with the necessary kitchenware, refrigerator, cooking facilities, coffee machine, TVs, hair dryer, iron and even a washing machine. They are thoroughly cleaned daily and staff was very polite, friendly and accommodated all our requests. We visited the restaurant and had cocktails, enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the amazing sea view. The food was excellent, the chef prepares Greek and Mediterranean dishes with a modern touch and an international flavor. We were very pleased by our choice and we will definitely visit again.

We spent our holiday at St. John resort during Easter. We stayed at Orchide Villa. It is an excellent accommodation and very well maintained. From our balcony we had an amazing sea view. Staff would be always available in case we needed them. Since we had to combine work with leisure, we were glad to find out that wifi service was high-speed and we could even hold business meetings from our suite, while air conditioning kept us comfortable. As for the rooms, they were all super clean. Several times we had dinner at Noya Restaurant, where we enjoyed Mediterranean cuisine. 100% recommend!

Kitchen could have been more kitted out for cooking (e.g. utensils, grater, baking trays), and pool friendly cups/beakers.
