The structure is really pretty and calm, overlooking a hill full of olive trees. The rooms are nice and fully equipped. The staff is really amazing, super helpful and nice!

The rooms are not really soundproof but with some earplugs it's ok. Also, in my room I could not block the light so it was very bright from early in the morning. The only thing I did not like was the town of Tsilivi, full of very touristy pubs and restaurants.. maybe ok for families but otherwise not so nice. If you have a car and you move around it's a very ok location to reach all other places in the island though.

Lovely clean room with great decor. Very Greek and perfect for what we needed (2 adults and three children). Excellent location overall, right at the top of the main strip. Beautiful restaurant at the bottom of drive. Our apartment was one of the best locations of all the apartments. We were number 11 and had direct access to balcony and front door. Lovely staff, real family feel where nothing is too much. Pool nice and quiet, always a sunbed available

Shower cubicle very small and difficult if you are big and tall. Shower tends to spray over the toilet floor no matter what you do. Air con wasn't that effective but we stayed in May so it was fine. Pool bar quite expensive in comparison to other bars.

Beautiful apartment with a huge balcony, kitchen and spacious room. The apartments are located directly in the beautiful village of Tsilivi, just few minutes walk from the beach. You have a big supermarket, great restaurants, caffes just 2 minutes from the apartment. The apartments are clean, beautiful with a great Greek vibe. I loved the architecture and visual side. The pool was spacious and very nice. The staff was fabulous, very kind and nice people. I hope I am back soon!

Everything was just completely perfect.

A Hidden Gem ..... I recently stayed at Razis and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with vibrant flowers and fruit trees creating a peaceful, natural atmosphere. Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the pool area, and the pool itself was crystal clear with no overpowering chemical smell. What truly sets this place apart is the warm, personal touch of the staff. They are incredibly hardworking and make you feel as if this has been your home forever. Their genuine hospitality made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday xx

Great accommodation with lovely owners/staff. As a family group of seven, we had two x two bedroom apartments in the same building. It was perfect to have the four separate bedrooms as everyone had their own space. The decor of both apartments was lovely: traditional but modern. Bathrooms also modern and very clean. Well equipped kitchen areas with fridge, toaster, kettle, small cooker top etc. The rooms were kept exceptionally clean and stocked, with daily visits by cleaning staff. Aircon was included and worked very well. The outside area of the downstairs apartment was great and the long balcony upstairs was lovely with amazing views to the sea. The pool area is great, plenty of sun beds and they were always available. No sun bed wars here! Pool bar also good, we had drinks and snacks which were all great. We’ve all had a brilliant stay.

The property was very clean, the room was cleaned daily as well. The owners of the hotel are also so lovely! They are always ready to help and offered many suggestions on what to do on Zakynthos.

Unfortunately the location is a little bit noisy due to the night clubs nearby. With the windows shut you can barely hear them. We didn’t expect this when booking the apartment, we wanted a bit more of a calm and quiet holiday. Planos was definitely louder than we expected but overall we still enjoyed our stay and liked the central location (everything is +/- 30 minutes away).

We loved everything! The room was huge and right above the pool with a sea view too! Razis has everything you need from a mini gym, a good size pool with a lovely pool side bar and in a lovely quiet location. Everything was within easy reach - tavernas, bars, shops and beaches. The staff were really great and all so friendly and helpful. We had a really great relaxing time! Thank you Razis!

There really isn’t anything we can fault!

Really friendly staff and helpful, reasonably priced food and drink. The studio was really clean, bedding changed daily and towels every other day, safe and air con included which is always a plus! The pool and bar area were very clean too and nice and quiet, especially at night, we couldn't even hear traffic from the road or noise from nearby bars. Totally relaxing complex, we will definitely recommend and book again 😀

When using the shower it was a bit difficult not to flood the entire bathroom but after some practice it was OK.

Not their fault - but the hotel is on the plane corridor, not a red flag at all ! Tsilivi is a great city if you want to party or get all the touristic aspects in the same place - we had to go out if we wanted to be in a more authentic and more quiet place.

I’ve never met more nicest people in Greece before. The owner’s are so friendly, helpful and so kind. I knew that Zakhyntos is a beautiful place but staying in Razis Apartments made it even more beautiful. I would recommend staying there for all!!! The apartments are so fresh, clean and well designed. They’re cleaned everyday. All of the stuff from the object is super nice. Also, the location is perfect. Don’t even think twice, just book your vacation in Razis Apartments!
