I traveled by myself on this trip but the room was definitely big enough for a couple to stay in it. The property was well located and the staff was extremely nice.

I had an issue with the safe in my room. I am sure that when I left the room to was locked and when I came back it was unlocked. Nothing in it was missing therefore I didn’t think it was justified for me to go make a complaint. On my last day as I was checking out, a father and son also complained about the same exact thing happening to them. Things inside of the safe had been moved but nothing was missing. That would be the only bad thing I would have to say about the property.

. breakfast was good . front office staff at reception is very good and very helpful . dining hall staff is very good . room cleaning and room service staff is very good . rooms and toilets are ok but could have been larger .

there is no almirah in the room to keep things and clothes . room and toilet could have been larger . there is no table etc to keep the luggage in the room. consequently suitcase etc is either on the floor or it is to be opened on the bed . TV channels available in English language are very few in number .they need to be suitably increased . reception /front office is on the 05th floor of the building . suitable signages/directions indicating that reception/front office is at the 05th floor are needed at the ground floor . suddenly the prices of the rooms of this hotel which were in the range of "reasonable" till last week ,have gone up substantially . prices are now on "high" side and they need a thorough review by the hotel management .

Location is excellent. Stuff is helpful. We got a room with a single bed, but wanted double bed, stuff was very helpful and changed room for us. Bad was very comfy

In one of the rooms air conditioning was clunky and sometimes didn’t provide enough cooling. They no longer provide toothpaste and toothbrush or shampoo, so you need to bring everything yourself.

Staff service was good, and the breakfast was good. Rooms were clean.

My room was already clean by the maid, but midday when I was in the room. 2 maids opened my door to walk in. I stopped this by running to the door and stopping them. They just said sorry and walked away. They didn't tell me anything about why they entered into my room. I was naked. I didn't like that. I was worried they were going to come in every sound I heard. Also, in description, it said would supply toothbrush and toothpaste none of these was supplied. There was only soap and 1 toilet roll. Had to keep asking for 1 more toilet roll

Hotel was very clean, nice staff, good price. Extremely comfortable (hard) mattress but staff can bring you softer mattress on request. Good wifi. Supermarket and tram stop 1 min walk. Approx. 300m from the hotel is Macau Ferry stop (direct bus A11 to the airport).

Poor breakfast without many options and the food was not very tasty. If it’s your first time in Hongkong, it’s better to stay closer to Causeway bay or on Kowloon side. This hotel is little bit far from the main streets and “HK life”. Room is tiny but it was good value for the price.

The location of hotel is very good, just few meters away from the bus stop and tram stops. The nearest MRT station is just 600 mts away from hotel and just a walking distance to ferry. I found room very small and compact, there was no room for any other furniture other than the bed and a small table. There was no wardrobe in the room (just a small corner to hand your clothes. The bathroom was clean but was ultra small. There was no water in the room, so either the guest has to go to the reception to fill the water or buy a water bottle from a store. There was no iron or iron table in the room and you need to call reception for basic needs. The breakfast was not great with very limited option for non Chinese /Cantonese guest (specially vegetarians), the food was not differentiated between veg and non-veg, so everything you have to ask someone whether the food served is veg or non-veg. Generally there is a que if you drop in after 7:30 for the breakfast (which was a spoiler for me). The reception was small with few attendants to help you check in, it took me few minutes to check-in and access my room on 18th floor. There is no room service in the hotel which means you have to help your self for every small thing (like plates, cutlery, glasses, water.

Better than I expected. Room and service was great. There was a microwave on 5th floor to use which was very handy. Also a water tank for filling up our water bottles. Good value for the money

Only slight criticism was that the air-conditioning was rather noisy

Great location

Very convenient location from/to the airport and city excursions. Starbucks and an Italian restaurant on the ground floor as well as the in-hotel restaurant came in handy as options for my young kid who is not familiar with Hong Kong/Southeast Asian cuisines. The facility was comfortably simple and clean. Elevators came fast.

Only 3-4 channels were actually viewable on the TV, with only one English program.

Before this trip, I had lived here alone for 7 months straight, and I was initially excited to take my aging mother here for an 8-night vacation. 1. Great location, a short flat walk to so many good restaurants. 2. Very good price! During Golden Week, it still averaged out to only $100 USD/night/room 3. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, still remember the smell of bleach because the staff always works hard to disenfect the place. 4. Shower head detachable, shoots out a stream of hot water. 5. There's a good dim sum restaurant on-site. 6. One of of our rooms got upgraded to harbor view! These are the reasons I came back and are the reasons I'd go there again IF I'M TRAVELING ALONE.

However, there were problems this time: 1. My mother HATED the skinny shower stall, and she's not even that large 2. On her floor (but not mine), there were some mainlander tourists smoking up their rooms and the staff didn't do a good job of policing them. In defense of the staff, they tried to mitigate this after the tourists left by shampooing the hallway carpets and putting air blowers in the bedroom, but we would have rather
