They people were exceptional .. Their was no - No word for anything. Everything was presented the way it should be 1 Hotel was not eager for taking for small things , No disturbance no botheration - No here and their talks when kids were swimming and playing in the hotel ..

My kids asked for this and that and they got everything.. They provided free extra bed with no extra charge - I have taken dinner included in package and tea coffee shake , erc etc they have not even charged single rupees extra and served everything very happily..

Amazing views, great clean and modern rooms, wonderful food, and the staff are just mega helpful and ensure you have the most comfortable stay. Ashish Pal, Ankur, and Abhishek at the front desk are extremely helpful and kind. Pankaj and Umesh are great drivers if you need to drive around. Bhupendra, Ram, and Kameshwar Saif are wonderful staff in the dining area and go out of their way to ensure you’re comfortable and served well. The buffet is extensive.

No spa.

Breakfast and dinner were awesome and delicious with a large spread. The staff is excellent and the energy shown by them in service keep the guests comfortable. At the front office Ankur,Dharamshala Asmit and others are efficient and check in and check out are quick. At the restaurant Manjeet singh aided by Neha, khushboo, pawan, priyanshu, naveen , mansi and others are on their toes and serve the guests with a smile, and make the arrangements as required in case of any rush of guests The chefs led by Naveen and Abhinav provide the delicious food

The staff were very nice and cooperative, this I liked the most. We planned this outing for our Daughter's bday and they made it extra special. Right from our arrival they made it special. I would like give a special mention for Chef Abhinav, he made the bday of my daughter extra special, thanks Abhinav, really appreciate your hospitality. Keep doing the great work you are doing, and yes keep smiling always as you do.

There were couple of things, but Chef Abhinav and rest of the staff made sure that we forget it with their hospitality.

So I randomly choose this hotel because of the beautiful view, as we made a quick trip to Dehradun before leaving for Melbourne. I absolutely loved the property and had a very memorable stay. The staff was just amazing and very helpful at the restaurant. we also had our 1 year old kid with us, Chef Abhinav and Chef Umed made sure that we had everything that we need. We also got to enjoy the food as there was delhi food festival. Also the other floor staff Neha and Khusboo were really caring. will definitely will be coming back.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and courteous, their professionalism and warmth truly made a difference throughout our stay. The buffet was another highlight, variety of delicious options. The facilities were modern and well maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I'll definitely be returning in the future!!

All staff were helpful and polite. At check in / out. Abhishek from house keeping was polite and kept everything clean n tidy. In Resturant Ram made excellent Tea / coffee and looked after us well. Dinning / Breakfast room Khushboo, Manoj and Naveen with all the other staff were very friendly and helpful. Made our stay enjoyable. Everything was good

No faults

Staff members are very proactive and helpful! Room was clean and beds comfortable! The patisserie near the lobby has great selection.

Everytime we have stayed here the breakfast had a lot of variety but it’s not delicious but average like any other basic restaurant not luxury the tea and coffee should be improved vastly and that breakfast was a downer. This time we chose to have breakfast outside and not the hotel breakfast

The staff very extremely polite and helpful. 5* to all of them. The Breakfast Buffett was very good, loads of variety (Indian, Western, Asian etc) and some items made to order. The High Tea in the afternoons is a very nice gesture. Good location. I will definitely stay with them again if required.

The gym is small but serves its purpose. Pool is too small for swimming. The waffles/pancakes were too dry.

The entire staff were excellent, very polite, helpful and very attentive. Rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was very good and offered nearly everything one would want. Freshly made items were available on order. High Tea for guests in the afternoons is a great idea.

The pancakes/waffles were on the dry side, made earlier and therefore dried out. Can’t fault much during my stay.
