I've stayed here before and am glad to return. The hotel meets most of my needs for my travel purpose. Breakfast spread was very good and good value for money. Booking.com customer service never replied a verification about whether or not a payment request was legitimate, but hotel staff was more than assuring that this was indeed legitimate. Customer service is top. I especially love that the hotel has switched to glass jugs with a water dispenser on the corridor, and not used single use plastics.

I'd have liked to have a gym onsite, but I also understand then that there are other hotels that have that facility.

Good location, friendly staff, the AC and hot water run well, clean rooms. Quite good selections of hot food, fruits and drinks for breakfast, but the "gorengan" stuff was all cold and too oily

To find the entrance of the hotel was not easy when we were about to check in, cos there's was no clear signage from the street, had to go around the block one more time, turned out that it has the same entrance with Pullman hotel but different level.

Very friendly and professional staff who are very kind and helpful. Very warm customer service: been to Bandung a few times and stayed at other hotels before, so this stood out. Beds and beddings are supportive and comfortable. Room size is generous. Wifi is good - important for business travellers. Love that they have switched out single-use plastic bottles for filtered water dispensers.

Not much! At one point someone in my group had a booking mix up and was not able to have room for one of the nights; and we has hoped to be able to add on a foldaway bed to one of our rooms to accommodate this person for one night, but this is not part of the hotel’s provisions.

The location is superb and central. Very nice neighbourhood of Bandung. The facilities are good. Thanks to the one complex with Pullman. I loved the 360 view rooftop. Staff at the shared gates with Pullman were very helpful. The room was comfy but not as good as other Ibis Styles.

Floors were not cleaned well. Bed lighting wasn't great. I was disturbed by unreasonable noise from the people in the rooms around. Kids running, screaming and jumping. Loud bangs that didn't stop. I needed a nap before my flight and couldn't have one when they charged me half a night for a late check out.

The bed was exceptional, there is a long sofa in my room so that's also nice for my kid to sleep, its super clean. The food during breakfast was fantastic sort, really elaborate and great quality, there's also a play corner for my kid, even though not much toy but its cozy and nice. Location also very good for those who like to do jogging, there's a really nice jogging track in front of the hotel

To be honest, nothing. Except for family guests, there's no swimming pool and the price became very expensive cause of new year

I like the location, it's really in the city center. I like the room, since it's quite brand new hotel, so the room is clean and the furniture is all in good shape. I like the fact they have separate shower and toilet. The bed is comfy though.

I dont like the fact their drop off lobby is in the basement. Their lobby is on the 3rd floor, so they dont have direct access from lobby to the outside area. They only have 2 elevators, so commuting in busy hour like breakfast time or check in/out time is challenging. Also the check in process was take longer than any other hotel.

This is a lovely hotel with spacious, clean rooms. The location is very strategic: right in the heart of the city’s main activities. It’s close to jogging spots, and there are plenty of cafes and local eateries around. Many interesting places are within walking distance, which makes it super convenient for exploring the area.

Access from outside to the lobby is a bit complicated and not so practical. Also, the breakfast would be even better with more variety.

Stayed here in 2022 and chose the same hotel for 2024 personal visits. Although the staffs were friendlier back then but they are still helpful. Look a bit rundown than before but is still clean. The reasons for coming back to the same hotel: + Comfortable bed and pillow! + The security: using Pullman's entrance + Value for money!! Very good facility and service at the price - incomparable to similar group of hotels. What I truly love this time: My room's location - on the higher floor and city + mountain view!

This could be the reason that bothers others, not me. Just stating it here for their consideration. -No lift up to Level 3, their lobby. You had to take the elevator from Level 2 to 3. May not be suitable for those who come with large luggage. I am a light packer so it is not an issue for me. -May be too crowded in certain seasons which caused you to use the lobby area for seating and had to wait for the clean cutleries to be ready. Nonetheless, this could be avoided if you take the breakfast at the earlier hour.

Extremely friendly and helpful staffs from receptionists to security personnels around the hotel. Added on an average of only 2 USD per person for breakfast which was an absolute bargain

Have to go through another hotels lobby every single time if you want to head outside.. also the area is unwalkable or streets uncrossable if not for the kind and helpful securities in front of the hotel holding off the traffic, be ready to always call Grab if you want to go somewhere

Iron board is limited, need to reserve it early. The lobby is on the 3rd floor, so they don't have direct access from the lobby to the outside area (connecting to the Pullman Hotel lobby)
