Firstly, 24/7 staff were lovely, and set a wake up call for me as requested. The room was a nice clean and efficient room very much in line with what you normally expect from Japanese hotels (the familiar design). I felt there were nice touches with a really good quality TV, plus a fridge, kettle, and lots of plugs everywhere. It felt like an easy room to be very comfortable in quickly, and everything had been taken care of. Location was great. A bit out to the east of centre, this is an area with lots of restaurants and charming music venues (which I was there to attend). Transport is great with two stations within a short walk from the hotel that take you directly to central Nagoya or give you the opportunity to explore. I must also say that my room (13th floor) had a beautiful city view! Very charming!

Our stay at Hotel Mystays in Nagoya was enjoyable. While the staff's proficiency in English was limited, they were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is situated in a pleasant area with numerous convenience stores and a wide variety of restaurants nearby. Additionally, it is located in front of a Pachinko for those interested in that activity, and there is a 24-hour pharmacy conveniently located in front of the hotel. The room, while somewhat small as is typical of Japanese hotels, was comfortable. We did encounter some difficulty opening our large suitcases due to the limited space in the room, but this was not unexpected and did not pose a significant issue. We just had to open it outside our room. Despite the room size, we found the hotel to be a good value for our money.

Very happy with room, Great Location for me. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Managed to change rooms with no problems due too staying an extra night. I was able to leave my belongings in original room, staff moved my belongings with no problems to 2nd room.

Couldn't change booking because due to time difference in UK to Japan. Kept giving me the day before. Not hotels fault, Booking.coms

Appreciate that the staff took the initiative to call me that my next room is already ready hence no need for me to check out.

I have stayed here last 2015 and I can say that the property was not maintained. Wallpapers are already peeling and lots of stains in the bathroom especially in the bath tub hence I avoided using it even though I enjoyed taking baths.

The hosts were nice and welcoming. The hotel was clean, a walking distance from good restaurants, Nagoyas' Castle and Toyota museum.

It took us 11 minutes to walk to the train station, which is okay but it's not so convenient with two suitcases on a rainy day. The room was quite small but it was enough for us.

locate in the middle of Sakae and Shinsakae-machi, you can choose one of the stations to take the subway. Breakfast is good, have many choices. Reception is convenient, there even have Chinese staff to help you. Good shopping place.

Near the main street, it's a little noisy and also found a bug in bed.

Near Sakae station with Lot of shops and restaurants, specially in underground. It is walking distance to some of the landmark of Nagoya, like Mirai Tower, Oasis 21, and the Ferry Wheel at the Sunshine Sakae.

Some red light district, but just avoid going to those streets, then it's still fine.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge and a TV. The staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Room was a bit small and the view from our window was a brick wall but other than that it was nice!

The location, and value were good. The room was good enough, considering the event going on in the city at the time, the rate was more than reasonable.

The lobby was rather warm even at night, the check-in was a bit uncomfortable because of that.

Easy checking in and out. Room and toilet is cleaned daily. Decent size of the room. There is microwave and washing machine that guests can use in the 14F.
