Our room is always clean and the lady who does our room we have met before. She is wonderful and a great help

I know the hotel is still under some renovations, but this is the second time there where the room phone does not work. The toilet had to be manipulated by hand to work properly. Even though management was informed no help was given. The rooms have had most of the furniture like chairs and table taken out. It would be nice to have a least two chairs and a small table in the rooms as well. I will say with all this we love staying at this hotel and this time when checking out we were compensated with a discount on our stay.

First off the cleaning staff! They are always awesome to me. I was short a few things missing from room simple things face cloths and floor towels. Not anyone’s fault it was super busy and was told they are running short. But after I had some appointments done and returned they were so good I found some in my room for me! They always look after me. I needed my room early after a 18 hr drive. Boom a couple hrs later and they had me in! I didn’t get my single Queen beed but two doubles. Oh well didn’t care. But my room opened up to the pool area. I loved that! Even had guy at front desk help bring my stuff to my room helping me out! Really don’t have anything bad to say. And this is like my 5th or 6th stay maybe more.

Nothing was bad enough for me to complain! If I really wanna be a Karen I guess I could say missing a face cloth. And no lid for ice bucket! I will be back

I was there, visiting Victoria hospital. I was basically only there to sleep. It was a very difficult time for me. I will never forget kindness of your staff. I did not know there was a discount hospital visitors offered that on my last night. The Compassion I received on such a personal level, helped me greatly. Always felt safe coming and going and especially while in my room

Nothing, I wish I had known about the discount earlier in the week but that was my fault for not asking.z

We just needed a pitstop near the highway - we chose this one because it was also near a mall and we needed to buy a few things. The mall also had restaurants. Great service at reception. We didn't swim, but the people who did were having a great time. Good wifi. The road works didn't cause any problems.

Breakfast included would have been nice.

It’s exactly in front of almost every store. It will find Walmart, Dollarama, Boston, pizza, Canadian tire Hudson Bay and what not. If you just want to stay at the hotel and roam around, it would be a lot. This is the perfect location with the perfect view.

I liked everything about the property

Love the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms.

It feels like the property is under constant rennovation but has not been completed. Very poor job of painting of the hallways and rooms and somethings need to be fixed or repaired.

Stayed mid-week for a day to attend a gymnastics competition. The front desk was very helpful to explain where certain landmarks of interest were. He also put the other party attending the competition in the room beside us for convenience. Simple and short to find from the 401, and is located in a nice area.. Short walking distance to essential places like: groceries, the mall, coffee, restaurants, etc. Facility is older; however, the beds were great, rooms were clean, the wifi worked, and I received a great price! Would stay again.

It was nice that my room was on the first floor and that my car could be parked so close to the entrance to my room. The clerk made sure to tell me exactly where to park to he very close to my room

The asphalt on the property was in pretty bad disrepair

I liked just about everything. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Room was kept clean and welcoming. Lighting and temperature was always perfect. Would definitely recommend.

No indoor pool. I need a pool everywhere I go because I have an extensive collection of swimsuits that I must bring every time I book a stay somewhere:)

The room was clean.

The water took several minutes to get hot when I took a shower and the water didn't always stay hot during it. The digital clock by bed the didn't work when I got into the room. The pillows were a bit hard.
