On site restaurant with great hours and food. There was a large variety of snacks available to buy as well behind the reception after the restaurant was closed Every customer service representative I spoke with was amazing. By day 2 they knew me and had my grab and go breakfast already ready for me. They all went the extra mile for everything including things I wanted to visit with a full run down of what not to miss. Beautiful relaxing pool and hot tub. Didn’t use the other amenities but did check them out…they looked great Definitely a place I will continue to book at each time we visit family in the area.. bonus was my cat loved the room too 😻

I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like. I asked for extra coffee packets and was given as many as I wanted for the room.

Staff were very pleasant / helpful. Rooms cleaned every day. Breakfast was excellent. On site restaurant/ bar.

We wanted to take wine glasses to our room. We were told by the staff that they were not allowed to let us have them, as there had been some breakage. This is RIDICULOUS. We have been in hotels all over Canada and the world. First time EVER that we couldn't have a wine glass to enjoy a drink in our room. For the price of the room, a broken wine glass is INSIGNIFICANT. Further, if we break a glass, charge me for it. Just don't ask me to put up with a plastic cup. Too tacky, especially considering our otherwise exceptional stay.

Very clean, new-looking. Fantastic lobby, very open, great big windows. Convenient location. Room was large and bright, clean. HVAC was pretty loud but consistently so, didn't jolt me awake but was loud for just background noise. Otherwise room and facilities were great! Note: free breakfast is from their regular breakfast menu, so totally worth it!

We had a dead battery when planning to leave on Sunday. Your very gracious hostess went and got cables from her own car, and had another employee get us started. It was way over the top of very nice service! We visit our Canadian friends often. We’ll be loyal customers. Thankyou

Comfortable beds, easy parking with lots of space. Dog friendly. The swimming pool was really nice and not busy. Breakfast was great and the staff were all very friendly.

Some of the noise in the hall was easy to hear.

Great free breakfast in the restaurant right in the hotel (a step up in quality compared to the usual free continental breakfasts you'll get in the major similar hotel chains). Great having a few picnic tables outside and a lot of green spaces to walk your dog (pet friendly hotel is a big plus as well) Nice quite area near the hotel

Water in the hot tub could have been changed a little more often

It was important for me to have really good wifi internet connection as I had a remote video meeting to present at one morning. Internet was fast and really good. I also was able to make use of the restaurant on site which served great food. The hotel provided a voucher for breakfast at this same restaurant and I had a full hot breakfast of my choice at no additional cost. Great bonus.

Comfortable, clean hotel with good beds. Nice adjacent restaurant that we visited for breakfast (included) and dinner. Free use of pool table but 2nd cue and some chalk would be nice though. Very friendly reception staff. Ok salt water indoor pool and outdoor lounge area.

Pool area could use some maintenance. Hot tub was ooo unfortunately.
