I loved how it space for guest to lounge around. It has the lobby the breakfast area the meeting room was very nice very elegant and modern. The front desk receptionist with the black hair and glasses commented on my outfit and said I looked gorgeous when I had just came in from 7 hour drive made me feel very nice! And she even changed my room to 2 queen beds for me! When the first guy said he couldn’t. She tired to accommodate my request as soon as I entered the building so nice of her! The 2nd interaction with a lovely black women extended my checkout time without any hassle until 2pm she just signed up for a rewards program! Which I will be using thank you the receptionist as well I love the pancake machine! The hotel is super close to down town area! Just Ubers will charge you a lot during prime time so just wait and recall them

Good variety of breakfast items. Food was very good. Clean hotel. Spacious room - well organized furniture for storing personal items. Attentive and polite staff. Coffee available at all times. Very hot water to make tea. Not all places accommodate tea drinkers. This was very appreciated. Attention to detail - I like the wedge in the chairs in the breakfast room to hang a purse.

Location was further than we expected for a visit to Cap de la Madeleine Shrine. No restaurant in hotel for supper.

The hotel is right by the highway which is efficient for work trips on when we are on the road a lot. The breakfast was really good and complete. The room and bathroom were spacious, way more than I expected. The room is very modern.

The comforter on the bed had a weird smell. It made us think they aren't cleaned as often as we think.

The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. As I had to leave very early I was offered a takeout breakfast the night before. It was very kind and I enjoyed the muffin, banana and yogurt I chose. The room was very clean and I liked the decor.

I think given the location being "not near anything" the price could have been cheaper. I feel that around $230-$250 would have been a better price including taxes etc.

The front desk staff was lovely and helpful. She spoke English well which helped me because I cannot speak French.

It was hard to get into from the highway. This new location and new Road is not on any of the GPS maps.. We circled a few times before finding it.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Room refrigerator had a compressor that was making some noise indicating that it might be going out soon. This is likely not typical of other rooms and might not be an issue for other guests.

Very efficient place, as is typical in a purpose-built Holiday Inn Express. Easy to get to. Room was fully equipped. Breakfast was OK, ample and easy to serve yourself. It was quiet. The parking was free and large enough.

Highly recommend. Huge room(King )This building must be new.Spotless clean,comfortable and easy to access by car.Close to the highway. Friendly staff, with lots of amenities.

It looked like a newly built facility. Rooms were great design with Natural light big windows. 2 screens in the room . Good breakfast. Staff was also friendly.

Noticed some clear cost savings. No room cleaning until 3 nights and had to ask for body wash soap which was missing in the washroom. Also need to get new towels your self when you need them as cleaning is done after 3 nights. This is not a big deal though, however considering this price closed to 375$ a night at the time of my stay this service should be included.

Breakfast was very good. Nice variety of items.
