There is kitchen equipped with all kitchen utensils where u can cook and warm your food. The kitchen container fridge, microwave, hot plate, jug for boiling water, cooking pot, spoons & eating plates, chopping board for grating veggies comfortable sitting tables and numerous room types from personal rooms, room of 2, 5 , 10 etc. their cleanliness is superb. Just that during weekends the room can be quite expensive. I recommend for all looking for cheap/affordable hotel.

In a room of multiple people, one actually needs to be quite serious about the safety of his valuables. Different people with different attitudes comes and go

I stayed in a shared room so of course taking that in consideration, I think is a great place to stay for one or two nights, everything is super clean, confortable and well mantained. The people attending is friendly and location is convinient since is close to the station and all kindd o public transport.

There is an alarm for the room when the door is open that is a bit anoying. And there should be a mop or more towels for the floor or somenthing to clean the bathroom considering is being used for many people in one room.

Good hotel, massive room, with basic amenities but all worked perfectly well. We enjoyed the size and space in the room. Good shower. Breakfast was fine too. I’d go here again if passing through. Had a hostel/studenty vibe. We had dinner in teh restaurant attached, which was well cooked and friendly. Don’t be put off by the semi-industrial look and half finished decorating. This is worth a go if you are passing though.

Could have had a little more info available, eg about the parking and the breakfast. Link to website/app only gave info on paying for these services, not how they worked or what times. This was sorted by chatting to reception, built woudl be helpful if this info was added to those online spaces.

Everything was good. The personal on the front desk was super friendly and helpful.

The restaurant give wrong information to charge more. I only went one day and they even gave me the bill 1 hour after I asked for it and charged me more of what it was. Saying that the reservation for the unlimited ribs had hidden fees that were not provide. This is not the hostel fault, but they do should be aware of the situation.

I love this place! My room was spacious, with plenty of natural light, as well as low-lighting (for the night). The bed was big enough to let me stretch out. The staff was the best part - super-friendly and accommodating. I love the fun signs everywhere, giving you directions – or a smile. Great colors (relaxing), and an extra lounge on every floor – in case you feel like hanging out (or grabbing a free book to read). I had great conversations with Harry (front desk) as well as Anastasia and Joel (from the cafe staff). They're constantly thinking of ways to innovate and evolve – and serve people better.

I believe the hotel is fairly recent - it's a work-in-progress. Some areas (like the inside door inside one elevator) still need painting. No big deal. I've seen very established hotels with surprisingly obvious flaws. The main areas are well done – even the hallways are painted in a relaxing dark blue or green.

the kitchen was well-equipped with a stove, kettle, microwave and fridge, and my dorm also had a mini fridge which i appreciated. Excellent beds, the mini-cabins were a lovely respite from other non-curtained hostels. Bathrooms were also clean and well-equipped.

no fault of the property but the vibes were very weird, possibly because of the location. mostly used for business instead of youth like i am used to.

The hotel is a good choice when it comes to public transport, it has a bus and tram stop near the hotel, when it comes to cars it has its own parking lot, there is a restaurant, there are shops nearby, the hotel is quiet, there is generally everything you need. But Hotel did not answer my questions, requests (sent messages via booking.com), when I called the answering machine turns on, these things I consider the only minus

i really liked how comfortable the room was. i stayed in this hotel because i had exams for a few days straight. so the room needed to feel comfortable so that i could study there and it really was! the restaurant was also great!

there was not much that i didnt like. but maybe the floor could be a little bit more clean upon arrival. there was quite some dust and it would have been better if that was not the case. however, i dont have anything more to add.

All you need for a short trip you can get here: Clean room, fresh sheets and towels, easy-to-get location (walk out from Central station - sit in tram 17 - walk out in front on the hotel: perfect!) , free fast WiFi, restaurant downstairs. As for me it was perfect that reception works 24h and no extra charges for late check-in.

For this price you get more than enough.

Initially I had second thoughts about booking here due to some of the old reviews, however my stay could not have been better - exceeding any and all expectations! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the food tasty and reasonably priced, and above all, the staff are super friendly and always ready to help! Next time I visit Den Haag, I will definitely stay here again! :)
