The hotel is very comfortable and well connected with the city center and the train station by tram. The only thing to consider is the tram schedule: it runs every 10 min during the working days/hours, and every 20/30 min in the late evening and over the weekend. It's very managable but you need to plan your travel in advance if you don't want to lose time. I was in Linz for the Art El festival, and was very sutisfied with my stay. I didn't have breakfast or dinner in the hotel, but the restaurant looked good. There is coffee and tea in the room.

It was not possible to switch off the AC for the night, and it produced noise. I had to cut off electricity by taking out my key-card to switch it off, which resulted in no chance to charge my iphone...

Very cozy place, 15minutes away from Linz centre by car, great and spacious room, delicious breakfast, underground parking directly accessible to your room. Very professional and helpful staff, especially Mr. Renee who was always so positive, helpful and representative. He made us feel like at home. The hotel offers self check in but I still prefer to talk to such a great personalities like he was. Breakfast staff was also very kind and helpful. We’ll be back for sure.

Kind of complicated parking, you can pay 24hours price of 15€ after midnight, if you want to leave for the city centre you need to pay tax per hour (2€/hour) so it’s a bit messy. But if you’re not leaving during your stay it’s fine. Better ask at reception before.

Reception was friendly and helpful. The room is compact and comfi and has everything you need. A free bottle of water in the room. Parking was perfect, opposite the hotel/ underground at €15/night, easy access to hotel via the lift. The Italian restaurant Giulio is separate to the hotel but in the same building, so you cannot charge it to your room. It is very busy and the food is good. They have a lovely seating area outside. Service is brilliant. Breakfast is at the same place.

The wooden flooring in the room was not clean.

Sure, there are four and five star hotels which focus on comfort, but in this hotel the guest is really front and center. There is a shared refrigator with locable compartments, which is a great idea. Parking is super easy. The rooms are spacious, comfortable. Location is great, 15 minutes with car to anywhere in Linz. We had a nice stay here.

The only thing I would mention is that the curtains should be thicker so the room could be pitch dark.

If you are in Linz for a festival choose this modern design hotel above all the others in the centre of town. Why? Because it has the best Italian restaurant in Upper Austria on the ground floor. Giulio's is a perfect place for dinner with business partners. Excellent "Michelin star" menu, at reasonable prices and excellent. motivated staff. The same restaurant also provides an extensive Italian-style breakfast for a very reasonable price. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in the Linz suburb of Ebelsberg, about a 10-minute direct tram ride from the city centre. Trams every 5 minutes on weekdays marked Number 2 Solar City. Festival goers get free public transport. Fast transfer to the local airport takes about 20 minutes.

The hotel should explain more about the excellent restaurant they have on the premises. The check-in desk is not 24 hrs, so arrange everything the night before departure. Check out is by 11 am. There is an automated left luggage machine in the basement. Works well, but remember to photograph the code you are given because otherwise you will be in trouble. The instructions for this machine should be explained at check-in.

The design of the hotel was excellent as were the decorative pieces around the hotel. It was great to see a concrete staircase and I particularly loved the industrial look. The use of LED lights around the hotel and inside the room are spectacular. The design and layout of the rooms have clearly been thought out, this was evident in the space between the curtains and the window where a desk and sitting area had been integrated into the area. The shower was superb and of high quality as was the shower gel/shampoo.

We arrived quite late so there wasn't much time to evaluate the whole area. We needed to eat but the restaurant had stopped serving. I asked the staff member if there was anywhere local and she explained that the "street food" was not that good. We ventured out and quickly located a hole-in-the-wall pizza/kebab shop with an extremely happy gentleman who invited us in. I enjoy supporting local businesses but maybe this isn't the same in Austria. You have to pay €20 (I think) but you have to do this by using a machine downstairs which was quite difficult to understand.

We liked the cleanliness, location, staff service, breakfast. Easy check in, free of charge parking. Very comfortable beds. Window blinders.

Toilet and bathroom isolation from the room is not existing. Even if door is closed for the toilet, it is still see through via the gaps. That is in queen bedroom.

It was a great overnight stay for a long trip by car. Easy to find and to access, nice, confortable and clean hotel. Easy self check-in (later we got help from an employee). Nice restaurant (we didn't try it but there were many guests, so it should be fine).

I bit expensive parking for overnight, but I wasn't surprised. Not too much to see in that part of Linz.

I needed something that was not city center as I was leaving next morning and wanted to avoid traffic. There is a very popular restaurant onsite, full house on Friday evening. Good atmosphere in the bar. Not a lot around. Unfortunately have not had breakfast so can not comment on food.

Room could do with some additional cleaning. Parking -- not sure if this is hotel's or public, seems to be similar price as city center. I believe this is a bit much. Only English channels - are news ones.

very close to the showgrounds of Linzer Pferdefestival, which was convenient for us. At request your room gets cleaned, don't forget to ask! The restaurant is convenient in the evenings but book in time!

The fact that you must pay 15eur/day to park your car. We did not like the expensive but not special breakfast!
