Nice hotel in a good location. Close to the main walking/shopping street and a few blocks from the train station. There was a park out front that was good for walking dogs but at times attracted some interesting people. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating even with my pet/dog. There was a sauna and workout area which we took advantage of and was clean. There is a paid breakfast available at the restaurant in the lobby but several other options are in the area as well. Close to all tram lines and public transportation.

The check out was a little messy with the receptionist dealing with a difficult customer and not able to help the others in line. A manager stepping in to take care of the matter would have been helpful. The carpeting in the rooms and halls as well as the walls in heavily trafficked areas show signs of significant wear, staining, and scarring.

The rooms were spacious and amneties were good. Parking was narrow, but it's right under the hotel, hence convenient. The charge for 24 hours was 18 Euros. The location was great too. Basic toiletry and coffee/tea were present in the room.

The bed and the pillows were too soft. You can see in some places that it is an old hotel, some sockets hanging, old carpet etc., but there is nothing much to complain. We saw during checkout that there was a card saying, "we invite you for a drink", don't know if this was a complimentary one. The staff at the reception didn't explain anything.

We only stayed for one night, but it was a delightful and comfortable experience. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day perfectly. We would happily return for a longer stay whenever we visit Linz again

I always read reviews before booking a hotel or making a purchase. Some reviews mentioned an unpleasant smell from the rugs at this hotel, but my one-day experience was entirely different. Everything was fresh, clean, and well-maintained. I have no negative comments to share. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and quality service, even for a longer stay maybe. Although my experience was limited to just one day, it left a very positive impression.

Size of room and location. Clean and comfortable. Genius upgrade was welcome. Close to the railway station. Light and airy room and everything worked well.

Just one complaint about the contradicting information on app and website about cafe opening times. We arrived in pouring rain and hoped to eat at the cafe meant to be open till 8. Were told the kitchen closes at 7.30. Other sites show different times. Staff unable to help. Disappointing. Times need updating and synchronising.

Everything there was perfect. The hotel is on a quiet place next to the small park, near to the main train station. In front of the hotel is tramway station which you will get to the city centrum. The city station is very close (in walk distance). The Standard room is big enought, the bed is comfortable, bathroom is big and nice too. Everything was clean and nice. I can definitely recommend the breakfast in the morning. A lot of option and everything was super tasty and fresh. The is a small and quiet caffeee in the hotel with view to the park. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. You can not choose better !! Thank you for everything.

Great location within walking distance to the main street and the center near Mariendom, but also in a quiet place. The junior suite was a really spacious room with a huge bathroom. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a nice surprise in the form of a bottle, fruit and pralines. The hassle-free parking in the underground garage was a big bonus. From the hotel we were within a 15-minute drive to both nearby golf courses.

Great place to stay while visiting Linz. Hotel has a great location, next to public transport and with lot of shopping possibilities. Our room was spacious, comfy and really well equipped with welcome food & drinks, which made our stay even better. Having our own private infra sauna was just an icing on the cake. Breakfast was fine, had everything needed with let's say "austrian standard", which I always look forward to while staying in Austria. Hotel provides private parking in underground garage, with a discount for overnight guests. Parking spaces are a bit too narrow, but managable. Hotel staff was easy-going and welcoming, all our requests and questions were answered without hesitation, while aiming to solve them as best as they could. Will definitely come back again!

Our room was very big, on the sixth floor and windows on two sides. Big comfortable bed, dressing gowns and slippers. Bathroom was huge with a bath and twin basins. Cafe was good and staff and food were very good.

Unfortunately our air-conditioning was not able to function on warm and due to rain and cold we were quite cold. Staff told us it could not be fixed till after the weekend. The shower door did not close properly and we needed to wedge a washer in in it to stop it opening.

The hotel is basically situated in the heart of the town and an easy 8 minute walk from the main railway station. Restaurants, cafes and bars are very close. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet. The extra large bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. As part of our accommodation package we were offered some free drinks in the hotel bar. The wifi was excellent. The hotel allowed us to store our bags prior to checkin free of charge which was great as it allowed us more sightseeing time.

Had a nice room on the quiet side. Very comfortable bed & pillows. Delicious breakfast and good area between the main station and the Hauptplatz. Staff was helpful.

Wifi has some limits, you can't access certain sites :)) Should have a newer TV for this price range. Restaurant a bit pricey and nothing special.
