The hotel was fabulous, the rooms were big and were plush. Beds were extremely comfortable. The pool area is brilliant, with a big pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and hot pool, all included in the room price. Rooms were spotless, and the shower was hot and powerful. The breakfast is amazing. A huge choice of hot and cold and also an a la carte breakfast menu too. We ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner twice, the food was a very high standard and plentiful. All the hotel staff went out of their way to help. The head waiter in the restaurant was brilliant. All the main area are very stylish. One of the best hotels I have stayed in, anywhere.

The hotel was very easy to get to, right next to a tram stop. The room we booked was very hot, the air conditioning was broken, the reception was very nice and we were able to get another room. The size of the room was good, we could fit comfortably. The fridge was nice to have in the room. The staff was very nice. The breakfast had a huge and plentiful selection, it was heavenly. The pool was super, the water temperature was very good, the size was right for swimming. The bed was very comfortable.

Guests were making noise in the corridor and in adjacent rooms, which was disturbingly loud. The windows of the room were facing the inner courtyard, towards the tower, and early in the morning loud noises could be heard from the courtyard. Smoking was taking place on the balcony of the apartment opposite, and the smoke was also entering the room through the open window. The bed had a night light on only one side.

The hotel is lovely, the room was very nice, the bed comfortable, the shower worked well, the toiletries were good quality and there was a kettle with tea and coffee in the room. The breakfast was amazing- there was everything you could want and more - breads, cakes, cereals, eggs, meats, cheese, salads, olives, hummus… even popcorn. The swimming pool was the best I have seen in a city hotel. It was so big, pleasantly warm, clean and a pleasant place to be. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and spoke fluent English and German as well as Polish.

The screen in reception definitely does not scream 'welcome', rather, it creates a distant hospitality experience for the guests. At the entrance, the face with a strong odour of rotten eggs it hits you in. I hope the issue with the smell will be resolved as soon as possible. The radiators make a loud noise randomly from time to time, which could affect your sleep quality, requiring you to adjust them each time. I assume the sink is blocked, as the water is not draining as quickly as it normally would. Lemon-scented bathroom products—ugh, not a fan, cheap.

Clean and spacious room with a large bathroom and comfy bed. Delicious breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The entrance signs to the parking lot and the signage of the passage from the parking lot to the hotel were hopeless. Although the hotel reception provided a map of the passage but if anyone who entered the parking lot first was unlucky.

Could not find a way into pool very confusing. Also make sure you are purchasing breakfast for everyone if you are getting separate rooms as a family. It was a big confusion and the breakfast lady was not nice about it and seemed very inconvenienced and was confusing to us only speaking in polish, but then a nice gentleman that worked there came to help us and spoke English but it was all still embarrassing and they are very strict about breakfast.

Staff was quite helpful in arranging a parking spot in the garage next to the hotel. Rooms were spacious with a very nice bathroom; adequate airconditioning allowed to keep the window closed to shield for outside traffic noise

documentation/ marking of the parking spots was not entirely clear. I ended up parking in one of the spots, leased by a commercial company and got blocked by the rightful owner. Before I could find the owner of the blocking car (with the help of the hotel staff!) 2 hours had gone and I had missed my appointment.

PARKING: underground private area in a garage with door and cameras. Not for free, but that's the price to take your vehicle out of the streets near downtown of a city. WIFI/VPN: works LIFT: multiple MINIBAR: yes KETTLE: yes SIZE: large CLEAN: very much BATHROOM: clean, modern, stylish and large QUIET: yes Services/Restaurants/Attractions around: the hotel has its own restaurant, which looked very nice from the photos, but you can walk few minutes and get close to downtown where there are plenty of other choices, including supermarkets, small groceries and petrol stations. The great offer of this place, beside being comfortable, renewed and super clean, is to be found in the swimming pool, hydro-massage, double saunas (dry and wet) and the whole spa/gym area you can use for free as guest. That was a real plus that brought me back to life after a day of driving.

One might not like the black-gold-white little bombastic style of the rooms, but I don't mind. What perhaps was little tricky was how to move about and around with different corridors, split elevators exits, reserved areas, duplicated names and some one-way doors. You might get used to after a while, but it takes a little bit of time to know where to go.

Our room was upgraded due to a fulty A/C in the original room. Location is fantastic is you want to see the city. Everything is within walking distance. Breakfast was okay. Not fantastic as many other reviews seem to think. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Cheap.

Dogs are allowed - also in the restaurant during meals. Don't expect a proper 4-star hotel. You can't take a shower in the superior rooms without making a huge splash on the floor due to there being no shower curtains. Old TVs. Office chair was not comfortable. Parking can't be booked. You just have to hope for the best once you arrive. There was no space for us - the people checking in just before us took the last one. No shampoo or body gel. Only "soap". Tram just outside the hotel is noisy.

We absolutely loved the variety of food for breakfast. The choice was outstanding. There was everything for everyone, so fresh, even the bread was hot. The distance to the old town is walkable or you can get the tram. The tram stop is just outside the hotel which is also a quick and easy access to the train station. Great size of the swimming pool. Is bigger than average swimming pool in hotels.
