Checking in/out went well. Good communication . Intelligent keen staff. Great breakfast- huge selection. Relaxed atmosphere. Lots of staff working well. I liked the iced fizzy water available on every floor. Very good small children's room off reception to occupy toddlers. Hotel was the choice for 2 visiting football teams during our short stay- so lots of opportunity to meet the players. Good central location. Beds were beautifully comfortable. Rooms were very quiet. Slept like a baby.

Sadly the beautiful hotel indoor pool developed a chlorine problem and was closed for our entire stay- a disaster, as we had chosen the hotel for its pool, but the hotel immediately refunded half the cost of breakfast for the week as compensation which was kind and generous.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Best beds ever! The staff were helpful, our dip in the pool lovely and breakfast was delicious. Children eat for free with paying adults which was a real bonus. The city was lovely, we were positively surprised by how much we liked it. Don’t pay in euros when paying by card, the bank charges you a 10% transactional fee, select Pln and pay in local currency. Can absolutely recommend the hotel and city, come stay and enjoy.

We had a beautiful welcome amenity with balloons, card, game and bottle of prosecco for our anniversary stay. Thank you Aleksandra, Wiktoria and Martha from the reception for arranging. Kids enjoyed the pool, although I must say the chlorine levels were too much. The ladies at the breakfast restaurant were also nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet selection was good enough. Kids loved the waffle station and popcorn station. We also liked that every floor has a water dispenser. This hotel is really active in its sustainability efforts.Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Very clean, very quiet ample room and bathroom.

All was very good except of breakfast. Warm breakfast was weak - fried eggs did not look inviting, scrambled eggs were average, beans were sour and there was no ham at all. This was below standard of hotels of this type as well as other hotelůs of Novotel! No complimentary water bottle (not even 0,5 l) = substandard.

The location was excellent - very central. The room was very comfortable with very comfy bed and a really great work light. Very hard to get this in a hotel so excellent re lighting. The business centre was also very bright and comfortable.

If the hotel would like to know the reason for not reaching excellent from us we will share privately. Regarding the business centre; Perhaps an attendant to provide a personalized service would work better regarding refreshments during the two breaks. Just a thought as we managed ourselves.

Aquarobic was fantastic experience. Enjoyed every minute of it. Ms Sonyas stretching aerobic was excellent. Will definitely join next time

On the time of my booking I asked to facilitate our room at the garden side due to light sleep. I was unpleasantly surprised that it didn't happen. The hotel had 6 month's notice, and it's hard to believe that couldn't accommodate my needs, especially since it's not the first time we choose Novotel. Only hope next time will be better

Perfect location, very polite staff, clean and modern rooms. It was very cozy and comfortable. Enough space in our bathroom and the bed in our room was very comfortable. I'm pretty sure I'll be back there.

The bus named I think "Flix Bus" is stopping from time to time with tourists next to the hotel 24/7 with the ENGINE ON at night which were pretty loud enough to disturb our sleep every night. Didn't like that very much. Also there was some works going around in the hotel and nobody informed us about lack of water in the morning at some point and when we can have it back. Apart from those things everything was great.

The staff was really friendly! The breakfast buffet was very good and also the lady that served the breakfast buffet did a very good job. We had one very nice dinner in the restaurant, nice food and good service. My kids loved the pool! The room had a little coffee/tea bar and a mini fridge.

We couldn't change the temperature in the room. You cannot open the windows and the air-conditioning didn't work that well so we didn't have very good sleeping conditions. The room remained very warm.

Everything went well- from checking in to leaving. Staff were very good, facilities were excellent Ample breakfast to suit all tastes Very comfortable rooms with good air conditioning in very hot days and nights- the beds were extremely comfortable. Showers very easy to use and adjust to your personal needs Pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi were great.

This is the best place to stay in whatever trip, especially in Szczecin. Super quality for the super price. Loved the pool and breakfast. The staff is exceptionally pleasant. The place is neat and clean. Love it when we travel alone or with the family.
