Everything was great, the staff was lovely and helpful. The room was great, the bed was supper comfy, and the room was well cleaned. Food at the restaurant was amazing and great service. The bar was great, too! The staff were nice and the drinks were great. (My partner had a polish beer, and I had an espresso martini) Everything was priced well at the bar and restaurant. And when you arrive at reception and you get checked in, they also give you a little welcome gift of a warm cookie. Which I thought was a great little touch. Definitely will be staying a double tree by hilton again.

Cleanliness on top, the staff friendly and room service and hotel overall the best

I recently stayed at this hotel and while there were some positive aspects, my experience was impacted by the room conditions. The room was uncomfortably hot, and unfortunately, I couldn’t access or use the air conditioning. To make things worse, the windows couldn’t be opened, which made it impossible to get any fresh air or relief from the heat. This definitely affected the overall comfort of my stay. It’s disappointing, especially when everything else was on a somewhat satisfactory level. I hope the hotel takes this feedback into consideration and looks into improving room ventilation or ensuring guests can control the temperature more easily.

Beautiful hotel at the suburb of Warsaw. Big spacious rooms, nice swimming pools for the bigger ones and small ones, sun-beds, pool bar and playground outside… All comforts to relax outside in summer time…

The staff was not honest- we asked for the room for 4 people and receptionist with the front manager confirmed that no quadruple room available for our family. However in 30 min (after we booked two twin rooms) we found out that at least 3 family rooms were available… Disappointing 😞

Many of the facilities of the hotel are not-available Bars too expensive Swimming pool area is marked as a quiet zone, but no one guards the silence. It is EXTREMELY loud there, mostly because of all the children. Something should be done about it, or at least change the labels from "quiet zone" to "screaming zone", so the guests know what they are going to experience.

The location was great. The convenience store in the lobby was so helpful. The front desk clerk when we returned to the hotel at midnight was so friendly, he made our evening so enjoyable!

The front desk clerk on the morning of our arrival was rude and unhelpful. We arrived at 9:30am to the hotel. I understand that check-in is not until 3pm, but I have been to other properties where if you arrive early you are given access to hotel amenities early or even offered to store your luggage. My daughter and I had to take our luggage around Warsaw for the day since the front desk clerk didn't even offer any help when I asked. We also did not receive cookies upon check-in at 3pm, which is standard at a Doubletree property.

The breakfast offered an incredible selection of tasty food - anything one could imagine, exceeding my expectations (they even had a selection of blue cheeses available!). My room was tidy, clean and quiet. The hotel's location in my opinion is really good and perfect for any occasion. The staff was almost always smiling and incredibly helpful, their restaurant was incredible and I am not talking about the decor, which was simply that of a fancy restaurant with nothing very special - I am talking about the service and the delicious dishes that they have available. Their waiters are amazing and very knowledgeable about the menu, they also made absolutely no mistakes from an etiquette / manners perspective, being extremely polite and knowing when to speak and when to listen. They offer free access to the pool and their non-stop gym, which is a huge plus, especially during summer, but not only.

The Wi-Fi network is surprisingly horrendous. Their Wi-Fi signal, especially on the second floor, is really weak, barely allowing me to load google.com after 10-20 seconds. It is so bad for a "Business Center", that I am sincerely in disbelief, they need to work on it - even their Premium Wi-Fi did not help, being equally bad.

Excellent hotel. Friendly and responsive staff. Clean, quiet, and everything you need for a great rest. The Sky View family room is comfortable and well thought out, down to the smallest details. The ceiling window is delightful. The restaurant offers fast, pleasant service and delicious food. Very cozy lounge bar. The spa area is excellent. Parking options include a large free lot right at the hotel and a paid underground garage. Breakfast is exceptional, with a huge variety of options, including choices for people with dietary restrictions. The hotel also has a gift shop and an ATM.

There are absolutely no complaints.

The hotel was fabulous, beautiful Christmas decorations, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, free parking. Warm cookies at the reception upon arrival were a nice touch. Would definitely come back!

The only thing that I was quite surprised about was the charge for the dog. We paid 100zloty for one night. I don’t know if the price is per stay or per night but it is quite expensive in my opinion and he barely left his bed. I would pay this again however probably would be good to know in advance. I travelled through Europe and nowhere else they charged us £20 for one night for a tiny pug.

Free parking lot near the hotel. Nice pool an saunas. Good breakfast and lunch: it was a bit crowded, but there wasn't a shortage of anything, and personnel was fast and efficient.

We were told that checking in before 15:00 is not possible, so we had to wait for two hours in the lobby. I do understand that these are the rules, but other hotels allow you to check in as soon as there is a cleaned room. Here they made the point to not even check until 15.00

The hotel itself is such a good and fantastic value for money, the staff is ok, spa, sauna and swimming pool is also grate. breakfast was really excellent. would definitely visit and recommend this property again.

I tied but didn´t get spa offers info in the reception or in the room, willing to have written offers in the room. there were no toothbrushes available in the room but the hotel staff delivered them instantly after the call. late-night room service, shop, or something would also be great. hotel location can be considered as a downside but maybe everyone must think about it before booking.
