This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were warm (Guaci), welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Housekeeping deserves a special mention – particularly Florin, who was always attentive and made sure our room was spotless every day. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very quiet at night, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. They were upgraded to premium room. The food was absolutely amazing, with a great variety and high-quality options throughout our stay. The swimming pools were clean and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing day in the sun. We had a late flight, and the hotel kindly provided a courtesy room so we could shower and change before heading to the airport – a thoughtful touch that made a big difference. Overall, another fantastic stay and we’re already looking forward to coming back again!

The soap bars they provide make a mess and it’s very sticky not easily washed. A soap dispenser would be helpful.This is a suggestion.

Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed, to my surprise I was given a free upgrade to the hotel’s Presidential suite, the Hotel is nicely located, so many places for sunbathing, heated pools, well maintained gardens. My first time travelling alone and given the suit really helped me to enjoy my stay, being able to sunbathe and relax in my own space was perfect for me. The restaurant had a good selection of food, fresh juices made for breakfast daily. Fresh honey daily (amazing) They catered well for a busy hotel.

They could maybe clean the public areas a little more, one of the lifts had crisps on the floor the entire duration I was there. All in all not to bad.

All of the staff were so helpful especially the girls at reception, one name I remember Antia. She did the check in and out. She made us feel so welcome and the check in was seamless , offered us a glass of bubbly and our room was upgrade which was very unexpected and really appreciated. The courtesy bus to the golf course was great.

We didn’t like all the people milling around in the dining room which felt like a very large canteen. There was nothing pleasant about mealtimes which was a bit of a scrum for the food.The food was generally very varied and good. The layout could be better in the dining room so people aren’t wandering past you as you are trying to eat.

Beautiful hotel, relaxing and stylish. Reception staff were helpful and quick to respond when our shower broke. The entertainment at the hotel was very good and the staff member that stands out and that made us all feel so welcome was Dan. He is a real gem, easy to talk to and made us feel like valued guests

The hotel is a 15 min walk from most restaurants if you’re not an all inclusive guest. Not much info at reception about eating out.

The room was very comfortable with a super king bed, very comfortable, lovely bedding and towels, amazingly clean, great accessories, they seem to have thought of every thing. Loved the private balcony. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, they were all so cheerful and polite and nothing was too much trouble. The bar staff were very efficient and polite, there was entertainment in the bar which was well received by everyone there. The outdoor area is lovely and well kept. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

We've always avoided hotels not so distant from airports, but this Elba was a nice exception. We truly consider coming back. Nice rooms, clean facilities, fresh food. They have a nice small beach perfect for kids. The buffet is good if included in your package. Otherwise, i find it a bit overpriced if paid as additional..

You have to pay or give a deposit for everything (towels, safe ...) That's ok for some hotels, but not for the price you pay for this one

Location right on the beach was super. The food was good and the drinks were tasty. The beds were so comfortable. The reception staff were super kind and helpful.

The bar drinks menu for all inclusive package was too limited. Entertainment could have been better with more live music. Or a DJ

The property is in an excellent location very clean plenty of sunbeds and places to relax

There was nothing I didn’t like, but I could make a suggestion that you might have some chairs around the pool rather than just sun loungers , as some guests may find it difficult getting up and down off a sunbed as I did

This is our favourite hotel in the world. We always enjoy staying here. The staff are wonderful. I definitely recommend signing up to fidelity. They always give us an upgrade. We have stayed in different elba properties and the carlota is our favourite. The food is fantastic even for all Inclusive. The pool and all the facilities are amazing. We love this hotel and will be back soon for sure.

Breakfast and entertainment

That only all inclusive guests could get a drink in Sinatra bar as they didn’t take cash or card in that bar. You have to go upstairs to the other bar if you wish to purchase a drink while attending the evening entertainment. We were breakfast only guests.
